Great team! Since I first came to tour the property, the office team has been nothing but nice and patient with me. I like how they are always transparent and clarify everything. For me, it is important to have good relationships wherever you go, so I feel confident that my stay here will be a great experience. I also got to know the maintenance team. They do a first move-in inspection and teach the new tenants how to handle the little things and how to better communicate with them. This has shocked me because is the first time I've seen it. Highly recommend it, I call it my lil country place because it reminds me of the place where I grew up but with better internet service.

I’m so grateful to call this place home. My neighbors and staff have become more like family. Maintenance is always on top of any fixes big or small (David, my favorite, helps my son and I even when he isn’t working—I once had a flat and he came and fixed my car on his lunch break. That man deserves a raise.) The front office ladies know the schools bus schedule and make sure the kids get safely off the bus. We love living here!

David and Joe were very patient and courteous. They came three times to troubleshoot my HVAC. They fixed my AC but then I couldn't access the heat mode. I couldn't figure it out. David met with me personally to fix the settings and showed me how to change modes and access the heat. My experiences with David and with Joe have all been very cordial. Thank You.

I have lived here for 4 years and have no complaints. The apartment complex is maintained and staff is really helpful. I had issues with the windows whistling and Joe came to our rescue. He was polite and knew his stuff. I loved that it was a quick service. I also had issues with the toilet running. He came prepared to fix the issue. Great job Joe! Very happy tenant.

I have lived here for a year and love it! The staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. We love the maintenance crew & they fix requests within one day. The office staff does monthly events for the community which is a plus!!

5 stars for Joe in maintenance. He's responsive for anything that comes up, friendly and always checks-in when I see him doing building rounds. For the complex, you'd be hard pressed to find equal square footage for the price point. It's feels safe, the amenities are decent (playground, dog park, gravel track, w/d, pool (not heated)).

Have lived at the Alister Oak hill Apts for a year now, just renewed my lease for another 15 months! We absolutely LOVE living here. The office staff is always avaliable to answer questions and they even host events monthly for residents. The maintenance team always answers requests promptly and professionally and my kids love the space here. The property is well maintained and all in all we have nothing but positive things to say about our time here.

It's honestly terrible here. The residents are rude. There's nowhere to park. Packages stolen, cars broken into. Neighbors upstairs literally stomp around all day. Every month there seems to be a new fee to increase rent. Ive never wanted out of a place more.

Overall my experience was subpar. The maintenance team was awesome! The management team and front office however where not very friendly and where always very hard to get a hold of on the phone. I always had to go into the office to talk to someone. The frowns were gross dog poop everywhere and ever any bags in the stations to pick up after your dogs. The dog park is a nice size with lots id room for your dogs to run, but it was always very poorly kept. Again no dog bags to pick up after your pet, some of the dog play toys are falling apart, and the fence is barely standing in the front. However my neighbors were always nice and I always felt safe there.

Really lovely setting. Surrounded by hill country. Apartments are new but not super well made. Definitely can feel thrown together at times. The pool is great and the maintenance team is on the ball!

Nice location, good amenities, and great maintenance. I enjoy living here. The estate is near the highway but yet surrounded by greens and the view from my unit is really lovely.

I moved about three months ago and this have been the best moving experience I’ve had so far. The office ladies are pretty helpful and the maintenance team keeps the property at their best. Fully recommended.

Overall, my experience at Alister Oak Hill has been wonderful and quiet. The maintenance team is the #1 reason I would renew every year. Donna is the best! I love the location. It’s tucked away, but close enough to the grocery store and other areas of shopping and downtown.

I was so glad when I came across these apartments! I’ve lived here for a month now and my experience from the beginning has been an amazing one. Esdra at the front office was so helpful from getting my application together to, going above and beyond to get my electricity together and making my overall move in experience a pleasureable one. I've lived here for six months and I absolutely love it! Gabby, Donna, and Esdra are super sweet, maintenance requests are lightening fast, it's always clean, and I love my apartment. Neighbors are quiet and everyone is really nice. Also, love the little garden in the back of the community. Great place for morning coffee!
