I will preface with the fact that I have been living here for less than a month; but so far this complex has been amazing! The office staff are so nice. The maintenance staff come as soon as possible and fix the issue. So far I'm really liking this community!

We are happy here. We have lived here for 8 1/2 years with No problems. The front office staff is really wonderful! They have a free cocoa bar in the office. The staff know their stuff and they are quick to respond if you have any questions. The maintenance crew iare really nice. We haven't had any issues so I can't say how they are. The only time there are noise issues, is the 4th of July! However most of the country has the same issue. It is against the law in Everett WA. Also in our lease that they are a violation. Still people do it. Gotta celebrate our Country! There are lots of kids living here and it's nice to hear them playing. You do need to be careful while driving through the parking lot. They pop out from between cars without notice. Come join our community. Across from a high school. One block from an elementary school. One block from a fire station and a quarter mile from restaurants, banks and grocery store.

Great staff and maintenance. Appreciate the fun activities for holidays and just because. Parking can get rough. Amenities are cool. We like that phase 1 and 2 can use each others pools.

Apartments aren’t in the best condition. There are many flaws. Affordable rent is the only pro about this place. Parking is a nightmare unless you have paid parking spots. Gyms are not maintained clean.

The community is clean and fairly quiet. We have everything we need within a 5 minute or less drive. Amazing amenities. Once inside our unit, it is hard to believe we are in a townhome with neibors on each side. As for the leasing team....great people who truly care about the residents here.

Amenities are dirty. The gym is never cleaned and people also don’t pick up after themselves. Apartment is okay for the price. Walls are so thin you can hear everything and the parking is atrocious. Would still not recommend this apartment complex due to the roach issue that was not controlled when we moved prior to this unit.

I've only lived here a few months but so far, so good! The property is clean and the staff I've interacted with have been very friendly and helpful. The only drawback I've noticed with community is the lack of parking if you don't pay for an assigned space or carport. When I requested to rent a space, the office let me know right when one opened in front of the building I live in, so yay!!

The office ladies are absolutely amazing but for the price everything in the apartment falls apart within 2 months. They are super helpful and fast about everything and understand situations!

From the tour to the amazing quickness of the team helping us apply and move in , I couldn't have asked for better service from their front office staff! They are all amazing and always have the answers when we need them. The valet trash is super convenient, the gym is just what we need to save money from going to a public gym, there is an option at 2 different pools when in season, mail box is close by and Amazon lockers are an amazing add on as well! Overall great experience living here for the past 4-5 months.

Staff are very nice, it’s very hard to get a hold of them on the phone and when you put a maintenance order in, it’s at least two weeks to three weeks , and you have to keep calling them, which takes forever because they have an automated system now, it’s just a hassle. Best thing to do is go to the office and talk to them.

The space is nice, the office people are nice and try to be helpful. Maintenance is stretched way too thin as well as parking spaces. Its in a pretty safe area.

The community amenities are nice, everything is clean, and my neighbors all have been really great. The staff have been so friendly and accommodating as well. They even have treats for my dog when I bring him into the office

I really have no complaints. Grounds in my part of the complex are kept clean. Not a lot of noise. The only thing is the communication with what's going on. Close to schools, freeway, and grocery store

Things have gotten better the longer I've lived here. Parking is getting better for guests/residents. Living quarters are great. And staff is super friendly and helpful.
