It is a nice and well maintained complex, but a few minor issues never get solved, like paint peeling off the balcony rails and rust on the lavatory bowl.

Park on Brodie is a great place to live. I appreciate the proximity to nature trails, while also being right across the street from an HEB with almost every other store or restaurant I could need within a one mile radius. The highlight for us, though, is the interior of our apartment. It is spacious, bright and cozy. Unless the rent continues to go up (as it has the last few years) we will want to stay here for a long time.

I love living here. It is close to everything you could need from stores (like HEB and Lowes) to nature in every direction. The apartment is well designed and spacious, and the pool, gym and outdoor courts are a great bonus. My only complaint is some neighbor’s dog barking at all hours, but even that isn’t too noticeable most of the time.

I’m definitely loving the environment here. I have no complaints at all. I’ve been to a couple of apartments and this is the best one of them all. Great gym, nice office staff, and overall cleanliness is not bad. So yeah!

I rented a 2b/2b apartment in Park on Brodie and my first day experience was very bad. The apartment condition was not as expected. Outside of the apartment, main door (not painted at all), Kitchen floor, sink, cabinets and appliances were not professionally cleaned. On the carpet there are paint marks in the dining room. The bathroom faucet was not cleaned properly. The windows and the balcony were very dirty. The garage is absolutely dirty. I have taken some photos also and I wish I could upload them. I moved from Park At Monterey where the apartment and complex was very neatly maintained. I told the Park on Brodie management and also giving written complaint to take care of this before the Tenant moves. I rate this apartment 2 and do not recommend. Even if I have to pay couple of $100 extra , I will live some where else.
A good place to live with nice amenities. Any issues we have had have been resolved and with the exception of one instance, maintenance has resolved all issues within 48 hours

I am overall very satisfied by the Park on Brodie. Maintenance has been excellent, which is important to me. I value the location in the middle of Nature Preserves. Neighbors are friendly and not annoyingly loud. Mail service is secure and reliable. All good :-).

I love living here. Great unit, location and community. Maintenance is always very quick to fix an issue. Pool is nice. The leasing office has fun events for residents and staff is friendly. The only consistent problem I’ve had is roaches. I’ve had pest control spray my place more time than I can count. I’m pretty clean person, so I don’t know why it’s an ongoing issue but they are prompt in spraying when I request it, so that’s good. Just renewed my lease and looking forward to another year here!

The front desk staff are nice and helpful, moving in there were a few things that need to be fixed, but maintenance came the very next day to fix, so I was happy about that and the complex just got a new gym. Only thing is that we pay for trash service and sometimes the trash guy doesn’t come .

Honestly, I really enjoy living here. The amenities are great and it’s tucked far enough from the street you don’t hear traffic. I haven’t had too many interactions with the main office however from what I’ve experienced they are all lovely.
I’ve been living at The Park on Brodie for 1 year and have definitely renewed my lease. I’m a single woman so I do want to always feel safe and cozy where I live. It’s right across from H-E-B and Lowe’s so if the weathers really bad or my car has an issue I can safely, have safely walked to both of these places very late at net to get supplies. They have added new gym equipment it’s one of the most lovely places I’ve ever lived and I used to b a flight attendant so that says a lot. The crew here is awesome and I’m so grateful to live here. There isn’t any price that pays for the safety and all the conveniences around. Maintenance is fast and makes sure it gets done right also very very respectful. Thaaank you PARK! 721

Very pleasant community with no issues as of yet, though it’s only been a little over three weeks since move in. Staff has been helpful. Only complaint is the quality of the gym equipment… it could be improved.

Has had its ups and downs. Good area, pretty nice amenities, staff is friendly. But there’s issues too. Not being able to get in contact with management at the office is an issue. Maintenance requests either are super quick, don’t get done or take forever with no communication. Pest issue hasn’t stopped and is frustrating.
I like living here. Everything is running smoothly. The staff was helpful after the ice storm and maintience also fix things really quickly in my apartment too.
No major problems. I love the greenway trails. Fun activities offered sometimes. Maintenance is quick to respond to emergent needs but not cosmetic. I love the layout of my apartment. But, Management not willing to work with you in times of need. They are very strict and not personable. You are just the renter can can replace you.

I've lived around the corner from this place for many years and always thought it looked cute. I was fooled by the 3-star Google rating and some of the good reviews so when I needed to upgrade to a 2-bedroom I thought this place would be nice. From the moment we moved in it's been a disaster. They wrote our lease incorrectly, rented us a garage that someone else was already renting then advised us to tow the person's car - we left a note on their car asking them to move and they came out super upset because they had been renting it for months. The apartment was filthy when we moved in - they promised to send over cleaners and never did. There's a broken AC unit outside my window that keeps me up all night because it sounds like a lawn mower going off but they say they won't fix it because it's just old and that's what the compressor sounds like (none of the other units sound like that and when code compliance heard a video of it they said it was a violation but we couldn't recreate the issue when they were here so they couldn't do anything). Our ice machine is constantly broken or makes a groaning sound and when they finally rented me a garage after more than a week of being without and having all of our stuff left on our porch it ended up having a broken door that came down on my car and scratched the paint. They won't provide me with their insurance information and now I have to file through my insurance and pay a huge deductible while they fight it out with the complex even though their maintenance team admitted that they thought they'd fixed it but didn't replace a broken sensor so they are 100% at fault for damaging my car. On top of that, they charge you $12 a month to have your packages delivered to a different address and have a third-party service with awful reviews (look up Fetch Packages) deliver your packages because they won't allow other delivery on site. I've already contacted Austin Tenant's Council, Austin Code Compliance, filed a police report, and been told twice I should hire a lawyer and we've lived here less than a month. I think in the ten years I lived in my old apartment I had one dispute with management and here it's like every day is a fresh opportunity to feel completely helpless and disappointed. It's sad because the property, apartment, and our neighbors are great - it's a bit old and not updated and things break all the time, but if they actually did upkeep and cared about their residents it would be a really nice place.
Lincoln properties does not care about its residents. They implemented a package service called fetch which essentially delays your packages and often will get them lost. They charge you a mandatory $12 / mo for the “benefit” they are providing you with this non optional service. None of the residents like it. I’ve spoken with many residents who are having tons of problems. It’s caused innumerable issues with packages here getting lost and delayed. People have complained and Lincoln makes money so they continue to use this service that inconveniences all of it’s residents. Truthfully from what I can tell these apartments aren’t maintained well and the company only cares about profit and not the well-being of their residents or the upkeep of the property. Wonderful area! Close to everything and connected to some great trails. Perfect community for pets- there's even a dog park! I love the hammock spot by the pool.
These apartments are not the newest in town, therefore be prepared for general wear and tear. Appliances break down, the paint job leaves something to be desired, and the carpeting smells musty. Overall, not the most pleasant apartment living experience I have ever had.
