Property Ratings at Allegro Apartments
Absolutely loved living here. Everything is maintained very well and always clean, the property and amenities are in great shape, and management is so kind and helpful. Maintenance requests get answered within 10 minutes and there have never been any surprise charges or payments. Never had anything break in our apartment either and it’s very pet friendly for our cats. Can’t recommend this place enough!! We had to move earlier than expected due to relocation and are sad to leave.
Absolutely would never recommend this apartment complex to ANYONE. from the beginning, we chose this apartment complex because they told us that it was very easy to get our lease taken over and that they would put us on a “list” and we wouldn’t have any issues. We were consistently lied to, manipulated & told made up stories about the policies of this apartment complex. Prices changed completely whenever they wanted it to and when it came time for us to move out we were told they don’t do lease takeovers and that there was no “list” for us to be put on to take our lease over. They threw away our pans that we left in the apartment and offered us no explanation. The neighbors were loud and at many times dogs were barking and made it impossible to sleep. Our appliances went out continually and it took over a month for our internet to be hooked up. All in all, I’m very glad we only lived there for 5 months because I would have seriously had a fit if it was any longer. The management there really has no clue what they’re talking about and we never heard one story that was the same as the others. We had a time when we had an emergency with our garage and called the “emergency” phone number listed on our paperwork, only to call 5 Times with no answer. The only plus to this place was that maintenance was quick.
The 2/2 floor plan is spacious and offers privacy. They're a bit overpriced for an old complex as the new Parc at Day dairy offers brand new with upgrades for same rent. The ground are nice and well kept lots of trees for shade. The young girl at the front desk is very friendly and approachable. The older lady with the red hair and too much makeup leaves a lot to be desired as far as customer service goes. She's rude and I watched her be rude to a brand new tenant who came in to sign his lease.
Allegro Apartments are perfect if you want to live in the big city, but still want a small town feel. They are right off Bangerter Highway, right next to Ikea. The Draper Frontrunner station is minutes away. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, with the occasional sounds of trains passing by. There are multiple parks on the grounds as well as bigger parks near by. You are minutes away from anything you could ever need; market place, gas stations, fast food joints, even a movie theater. If you are looking to go downtown, it's only a twenty minute drive. The apartments themselves are spacious and homey. There are only two floors, which is nice. Pets are allowed. You can occasionally hear your neighbors, but that just comes with living in an apartment. The grounds are well kept, although wet at times, as they tend to water the lawns multiple times a day. Be warned, though it is requested of residences, not all of them clean up after their dogs. The staff is very nice and helpful. Maintenance is quick with repairs. There is a 24/hour gym available and a pool and hot tub. Four big grills are also available whenever you'd like to barbecue. Over all this is a great place to start a small family or crash with your buddies while in college.
Allegro is the perfect place for small families (couple 1-2 kids) because of their sizable apartment spaces. The grounds are well kept for the most part, and the management team will work with you to make sure your stay here is as pleasant as possible. The amenities are great, including a pool. hot tub, and fitness center that is open 24/7. The only reason this review is not 5 stars is that their pest control is slow, and we have found several dead pigeons near the building we stay in. If you are not used to hearing other people living around you, this place may not be for you. The insulation between the first and second floors is a little thin, and you can hear even small movements of people living above you. Other than that we have greatly enjoyed our current time here.
This is a standard apartment complex. The apartments are nice, white wall, apartments. The landscape is well managed. I haven't had any problems with management and maintenance responds quickly. The pool, basketball, and bbq area is really nice. The walkways to the apartments can get messy, but that is the only complaint I have.
Allegro Apartments get the job done: they're clean, management is helpful and efficient, and they have decent on site pool and fitness facilities. With that said, they're pretty generic white wall, beige carpet apartments. Location is very convenient to I-15 and Bangerter Highway. Lawns and landscaping are well maintained, although eco friendly renters will frown on the frequent daytime watering.
I've lived here for 8 years, and we enjoy it. The floorplans are the largest you will find with huge walkin closets in every room. The grounds have a lot of wide open spaces something that you wouldn't find in newer apartments.
These are overall great apartments, they have big floor plans with huge closets that you don't find in most homes even. All the people are really friendly and courteous to neighbors. The grounds are well maintained with large grassy areas and playgrounds, and maintenance is very responsive and prompt. Cons: like most apartments the finishes are cheap and don't hold up, and now are becoming dated. The particle board kitchen cabinets are wearing down, the appliances, carpets, laminate flooring, are all really cheap looking and dated. I would like to see them upgrade/remodel the kitchen, bath and finishes.
These apartments are located in a very nice and friendly neighborhood. With easy access to shopping area, grocery stores and gas stations, this is a nice place to stay at. It has a well equipped gym and a children's play area and also pet-friendly. The storage area and closet space in the apartments is huge. Overall a very nice place to stay.
