Property Ratings at Allegro on Bell
I moved here June 2023 it took a month for them to install my vanity , no blinds and the list goes on . In November I realize my monthly electricity bill went from 120 to 500 over the winter season. I called NES and ask what’s going on if they can help me and send an electrician out here and they told me I have to reach out to leasing office which I did and they told me that nothing is wrong with the unit I finally got a hold of NES manager and they told me that it’s normal to have a high electrical bill since 2021 this is a rip off and it not normal to have such a high bill . Do not move into a unit that is more that 10 years old with no full service maintenance and with a staff that don’t care . Only one member of staff by the name of Austin he showed humility and compassion and he understood my frustration.

Horrible experience. Absolutely no compassion from the staff or management (new leasing company is just as bad) when my apartment was one of the ones that burned down. They have done nothing but make it feel like it was our fault and have done nothing to help us. This was just the icing on the cake. Before the fire there were bugs, trash, and rodents everywhere. Things would break and never get fixed. Unprofessional, uncaring, and rude.

Thank you for the critical feedback and sharing your experience with us. We’re sorry it didn’t match your expectations and hopefully this is an uncommon instance. We take feedback seriously and look to grow from it. While our intentions would never be to make our tenants feel like they were at fault for a complete accident, we’d love to hear how this effected you and why you feel there was a lack of compassion. We’d also like to hear about the issues prior to the accident so that we can take them to our maintenance team and see how we can do better. Please reach out to leasing@allegroonbell.com with any further comments, concerns,or suggestions you wish to share. We would love the chance to correct or explain any situations that were mentioned.
Lived here for three years, why I say no ! 1. Mold 2. Ridiculous fees for everything 3. Remold was cheaply done. The kitchen drawers fall out all the time because they were put in upside down the maintenance man told me.* 4. There is only one maintenance man for over 300 apartments. Just wrong for this poor man 5. Bugs Bugs and More Bugs (waterbugs, roaches, spiders, bugs you didn’t even know existed. This is a breeding ground for cicadas, thousands of them all day everyday every summer! 6. Trash all the around dumpster all the time 7. People are always complaining about packages being stolen 8. Water links from all appliances. My water heater busted and so did both my upstairs and downstairs neighbors-within 6 months. Flooding all three levels. Taking days for each unit water heater to be fixed! Or and the whole in my sealing. 9. None of the doors or windows are sealed so your AC and Heat goes right out the window! Oh and those bugs can come right on in. 10. New management is Rude and unprofessional 11. Pool is either close or nasty. It’s supposed to be blue it’s green most of the time. 12. Workout room is small stuffy and always has water on the floor from the AC that barley works And if that’s not enough….they are extremely over price and has raised the rent twice since I have been living here in 3 years! Needless to say RUN AWAY!!

We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with the property. Under new management, we have made it a priority to address issues such as these that you are bringing up. We have switched pest control companies to one that is more reliable than the company used by previous management, and they are taking care of one full building weekly as well as any individual requests that we receive through our maintenance request portal. We have brought on additional technicians to help deal with maintenance requests and handle them in an expeditious fashion. Regarding trash, we have switched companies that we use for valet trash services to ensure that trash is being picked up and furniture is removed if it is left there by residents. In addition to this, we have brought on a full-time groundskeeper who takes care of cleaning up the community and keeping the property clean. We are also starting renovations and upgrading all our apartment homes starting at the beginning of next year. Rest assured that our new team is here to support our residents and get any issues addressed as quickly as possible. Thank you for providing us with feedback on your previous experience.
I have lived here for 3+ years. In that time it has gone absolutely down hill. It is not safe, it is not sanitary. There are constant cad break ins and crime, people running around with guns, trash everywhere, improper drainage from the street to sidewalks causing flooding and taking away access to front doors. The leasing staff is completely incompetent and has lead to overdraft fees that they refuse to take responsibility for because what they told me was “not in writing” and could not be proven. Here we are again and they are trying to breach lease agreement by raising the rent almost $1,000 above the signed for lease with no notice while I have multiple outstanding service requests that leave parts of the unit unusable ir unsafe. No windows meet fire code, and there is mold in the units. DO NOT MOVE HERE

Hello! Thank you for your feedback. We apologize if we have not met your expectations and would be happy to discuss. Can you please contact us at 615-331-0163 or leasing@allegroonbell.com. We look forward to speaking with you. Thank you!
The beginning of the application process everything was great! I signed for a townhouse that was in a location I approved of. Then, a few weeks later they told me the unit I applied for was no longer going to be available, but they had a different one I could rent. I said I wanted to see this unit first. I went to see the location because there was a few areas I already knew I didn’t want. It was located on the back side of the building (13), requiring a bit of a longer walk, all the way around the back. I instantly did not feel safe or comfortable with this. Also, I noticed a ton of erosion on the sidewalk/grass and mud - meaning water runs here constantly. This raised red flags as I would not want to walk through mud to get to my unit and worry of water getting inside. Also even if they do construction, over time the same erosion will happen…I contacted the office that this was an unsafe and undesirable living condition and I would not be moving forward. I demanded my money back as I would never have applied to live in the unit they were trying to get me in and THEY canceled my Original app/unit. They refused and just blamed it on corporate and they “had no way” to refund. Which I know they definitely can because they said they can for unapproved apps. 100% not worth the risk living here and then being stuck in a unit with safety concerns as well as run off water issues. DO NOT waste your time or money on them. I know the complex will probably come back with some statement, like all corporations do, but just trust the community here!
I was screwed over several times by the staff. They just want to make money and it doesn't matter what the issue is. Over the summer my AC unit went out and I went 3 months without air, with no concern in fixing it fast or giving me a financial relief. Due to the humidity, mold began to form in my complex and the water from the unit got into my closet and flooded my carpet. I put in several tickets to have it fixed and maintenance never fixed. Then after I left, the complex charged me $300.00 for electrical that I did not use (granted as I was moved out). I took all my concerns to the property manager and I was told they could not work with me and that they were "sorry". If I could rate this zero stars I would. Do not join this community.

I've lived at the Allegro on Bell Community for about a year and have little to no regrets. My townhome is recently being rehabed and the staff have been thoughtful and courtesy all the time. The renovations are amazing, the serenity of nature surrounds the complex, with plenty of areas to enjoy outdoor living. Onsite security, workout room, bomb poolsides, and fur baby friendly with their own dog park. Are just a few of the excellent amenities at this community. Allegro ALWAYS keeps their residents in mind so WE can have a Peace of Mind! Come join Allegro on Bell and experience Premire Apartment Living!

I’ve been on the property since October, since I’ve moved in Ive enjoyed the leasing staff especially Gabrielle she’s always greets with a smile and addresses each resident by name and Very helpful. Anytime I submit a work order it always gets completed in a timely manner.

Thank you for taking the time to share what prompt and friendly service you've consistently received from Gabrielle and our team. We're glad to know you're having a great experience!
Not a terrible place to live, but there are still many improvements to be made. Not all apartments are finished the same as the model (but they are all the same price) so be prepared. If you use on-site laundry, the prices are ridiculous and keep getting higher, and the washers and dryers may or may not work depending on the day. My maintenance requests have been closed out without being completed multiple times (I have been missing a drawer in my kitchen since I moved in). Water leaks in my unit have been dismissed due to the apartment being “an older building”. Many issues have been chalked up to be being short staffed, but even so, residents should be receiving the services that they are paying for and that are lined out in their lease. Overall, not a terrible place to spend a year if you’re pressed for time to find a place like I was. But you could probably find something better.
If a place cared about your animals they would be the ones unlocking and locking back your apartment during their several months of intrusive "upgrades". They can't be bothered here. Unsupervised, at least 6 different journeymen have your key. Don't let them tell you otherwise. Zero accountability and your pet's life is in the hands of someone who does not care. If you love your pet and don't want an open door policy, do not move here. Still helping a neighbor find his dog who they let out 2 weeks ago.

Please give our office a call so that we can further discuss your concerns, thank you!
Second time in 2 weeks my car got my window smashed and things stolen. This cost me $500 in deductibles twice. But they focus on tennis courts and pool items.

Hey Heather! We're so sorry to hear about your experiences! Our team here is striving to provide a comfortable community for our residents, however, it's unfortunate that we do not have total control of the happenings in our area. You're welcome to connect with our team directly about your concerns, thank you!
This place is a joke. The last review was left by the staff. I've spent $240 this year alone to board my pet because of their "upgrades". They put in all caps NON NEGOTIABLE every time you get a lame notice on your door every 2 weeks. As much as they want to make this a premium place to live, it's a construction zone and you better be ready to give up your Saturdays for entering your apartment.
Love it here, I am not sure why some people are saying they don't like the new ownership and office workers. When the apartments were purchased they kept the assistant manager and leasing agent and just promoted both of them. Yeah there has been some construction from new cabinets and upgrades being made to the apartments. However I am all about having upgrades for my apartments included with my current lease. The staff has been great anytime I need them I can reach them through the phone or using the residential portal app or online. Very pet friendly and easy and happy people to work with in the office.

Thanks a million, Brian! We truly appreciate your kind words regarding our new management team here at Allegro on Bell. Our team is greatly striving to improve our community with our residents' comfort in mind, so we're delighted to hear about your stellar experiences. Please let us know if you ever need anything at all!
This was my worst experience in an apartment complex...by far. There was a constant string of problems from the day I moved in. I was very disappointed with my time there and would definitely NOT recommend these apartments to anyone. Mine was dirty when I moved in and I was still charged on my move out date when I left the place MUCH cleaner than when I moved in. I am SOOOOOOOO happy I am out!!! Its cheaper than other places, but for a reason! You get what you pay for.
I love their convenient location and that the fact that they are pet friendly. I love their beautiful landscaping ,cleanliness and their two swimming pools; Also I have to mention Jeff and his crew, very understanding, efficient and so friendly make feel at home.
One of the best place where I have leaf that people are really nice you don't have any kind of problems you can be outside every day or night and feel safe.
This apartment complex is a short distance to a variety of restaurants and shopping centers and only 20 minutes from downtown Nashville. There are two pools that are open and clean at all times, tennis courts for active individuals and a walking path around the scenic grounds. I enjoy having trees that allow more privacy and a feel of not being in the city. The noise level from neighbors has not been a problem at all and the staff is very helpful and quick to respond. I have seen families, couples, older, and younger at this complex and everyone seems respectful to one another. The complex holds a crime watch meeting monthly, rent reminders are sent out every month, and any other information is given appropriately to all residents. Pets are allowed and a dog park is provided on the grounds making this complex feel like more of a home than an apartment.
Great manager and staff!! They are always quick to fix any problem you may have in your apartment. Grounds are kept in great condition! Rent is reasonable.
Four years ago I was looking for the perfect apartment in Nashville. I had a long wish list including a fireplace, vaulted ceilings, being newly renovated with a great kitchen and bathroom along with great picturesque views. After a month of looking, I found all of that! Although in the city and just a mile from the interstate, I have the perfect view of a wooded area with one of the pools right behind my building. This pet friendly complex even has its own dog park. You would never know that this is an older property because the up keep and staff are amazing! I love my country oasis in the city.
