Worst management team ever. We were so loyal to Alleia. Again, we rented a 2 bedroom townhouse (the a/c never worked and our monthly electric bill was ridiculous), a 1 bedroom apartment and a 2 bedroom apartment with numerous issues that were never addressed until we moved out…how convenient. We are still paying a 2 month buy out due to moving to another state for job change. Worst experience ever. I will warn everyone I know to never rent from Alleia!

Alleia is in a very nice area. A lot of places are close ni so it’s very centric. Property itself is very nice. No apartment is perfect but our unit meets our standard. I love how quiet are unit area is, No complaints whatsoever.

I truly enjoy residing here at Alleia Luxury apartments. The mgmt and staff are so friendly and caring every time I interact with each of them. The units are beautiful, brand new and the neighbors are friendly. The neighborhoods are also very peaceful. Great place to live!

I have been Living in my apartment for 7 months and have enjoyed every moment here. The apartment is spacious with appropriately sized bedrooms. The location in itself it a major plus for myself because I travel a lot for work. Overall I enjoy living at Alleia Luxury.

Just Dont
Not really much luxury in these apartment. Walls are thin, and you can hear everything going on outside. Neighbors smoke weed and it gets through your AC vents. Loud music late at night even though there's quiet times from 10am-10pm. Breezeway are never clean, and you get charged for pest control even though no one comes through to spray.

Alleia Luxury Living is by far the BEST apartments I have ever lived in. Management is amazingly nice and very understanding ! Amenities are outstanding!! They even provide you a family area. Community is very peaceful. I absolutely love how they come to your front door and take your Trash out !
