Property Ratings at Allison Heights Apartment Community
This is the best place I have lived. Close to downtown, the park is behind the complex, easy parking, good neighbors. This was a good place to live.
I've lived here for about 8 months and as my lease end is getting closer I have dealt with a few issues. The latest has been the most frustrating. When I first moved in the water pressure was terrible. I have talked to the owner several times, but it hasn't been resolved. The past two weeks water has been completely off. We are going on 2 1/2 days with no water and no communication. I think they could atleast give me a notice of when they expect the issue to be resolved. I have kids, and I have to make other arrangements. Also I feel water and water pressure are basic necessities for an apartment to ensure is working properly. Alot of my neighbors have dogs, which I was told I wasn't allowed to have, so I'm not sure how they can have them. Also if your neighbors are 420 friendly, FYI you can smell it in your apartment through the walls. I'm not sure that I will renew here, time will tell.
Going on two years of this complex, since the very beginning I've had issues with water pressure. From the water coming to a bare drizzle, to occasionally no water at all. Maintenance told me it was a constant problem and everyone has it. I've spoken to everyone in my building and NONE of them have it as bad as me. To this day I feel like I am having to fight just to get any response, or action from this issue.
I love living here!! It's so peaceful and quiet. I would definitely recommend this property to tenants. Plus, you can't beat the price!!!!
