Property Ratings at Allora 168
Unfortunately we have had a very negative experience living here. The pool, gym, and clubhouse are very nice and the units are high quality. The onsite leasing professional is also friendly. However, I have to give a bad review because of the horrible management by the property manager. From the day we moved in we have had issues with him including having to wait more than 2 weeks to have our apartment cleaned because it was dirty upon move-in. We also have had numerous spiders including in our bed and it took him more than a week to respond to our pest concerns. In addition, we have had unauthorized funds pulled and errors with our account ledger and every time I tried to address these issues it appeared like he forgot about them. It took multiple reminders before anything was done. In summary, the property manager is very reactive and is not what we expected from a luxury community. We tried to address these issues with both the property manager and the regional manager but our request for even a slight rent reduction was called "drastic".
Living here has been a great experience. I always feel safe, the neighbors are friendly, and it is a very tranquil setting with nature views. Chalco trail, Hyvee, Walmart, and the interstate are all close. The interior finishings are upscale and having an attached garage is perfect. Staff is proactive and there is a great clubhouse with a coffee machine where it’s nice to stop for vanilla espressos on your morning walk. 5 stars.
We have loved our time living at Allora 168. It is so convenient how closely located to the interstate we are, the spaces are modern and clean, and the area is quiet. The staff is very friendly and responsive. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a new home!

We moved into a 2 bed/2 bath in August and have loved our time here. The unit is beautiful, great space but along with that the staff here is wonderful! They are always willing to answer questions and even mopped our floors when we first moved in. Along with this they are transparent about everything and communication is top notch. It really does feel like home!

My father just moved into this complex and he has been so happy living here along with his dog Harper! The staff have been amazing when it came to answering all his questions and providing him handicap accessible parking and access for his scooter! He loves taking Harper on a walk around the complex and the neighborhood kids love coming up and playing with her!

Easy access to Interstate 80 Great location Friendly Residents Responsive management staff
This community is perfect for our small family. Very quiet neighborhood and no issues with loud neighbors. Also the staff are really good people we had one very minor issue and we called and they were able to fix it right away!
We loved the location and the fact they are pet friendly. My husband wasn’t convinced until he could get the two car garage option. Now we love it. The kitchen is so spacious. We love the cupboards and countertops. The office staff were very patient with us while we made our decision to move here. Everyone is very friendly. Thanks for everything!

I would not recommend. Not worth the price. Very poorly made. Paint stains everywhere including flooring. Chips on almost every cabinet. No linen closet.

We moved in late at night and had a couple maintenance emergencies at 1am. We were taken care of almost immediately. I would definitely recommend someone looking for their next apartment to check out Allora 168!
