My day started with meeting Salena at the leasing office and she was very attentive to my needs. She kept in contact wirh me weekly as I transitioned in. I was excited to be able to obtain an ADA unit and loving all the great amenties and service received so far. Eveeyone has been amazing at the office. And although much more of this community needs to be filled, i hope it continues with the same vetting. Again it's a difference being on this community but definitely enjoying it. Everything from the moment I walked in for a tour has been a breeze at Allora. Staff is extremely helpful, non-pushy, & very personable which I appreciated. The application process was short & simple. I had an issue with our dryer not working when moving in but the Allora staff and maintenance was very quick to solve the problem.

Regardless if it was an unforeseeable issue or maybe something the staff overlooked, they will still do anything they can to ensure an issue is resolved. They respond very quickly!
Great location! Nice, quiet units with high quality interior finishes and great service.I was nervous about noise from the Airport and 281, but you can’t hear either at all!
The staff is great the facilities are are kept clean and well maintained inside and outdoors
I came to Texas from NYC and I wasn’t sure if I made the right decision. But since I have taken up residence here in Allora of Alamo Heights, I am so much more satisfied. The community is like a “dream come true” and I feel very safe and confident about the total experience. I would urge anyone who is looking for a place where they can get a great deal of support, Allora is the best place. I sometimes wonder if they didn’t hand pick the potential residents. There is no one person who makes everything about the work so beautifully, it’s a team effort!
I absolutely love it here! Maintenance is super fast! They are so friendly and get back to you right away. Front desk office is so nice and helpful! Got us into a place very quick! Neighbors here are so nice. Just a great place to be at overall 10/10 recommend
Allora at Alamo Heights is a wonderful community and is managed by a competent team.
This is my first few weeks at Allora and I have loved it. The staff is knowledgeable and responsive. I loved the ease of setting up electric, wifi, and packages. Also, the valet trash is absolutely consistence every day. So impressed!
I am very pleased with the property in general, the amenities and the treatment. For me, luxury is not only about the facility and the product, but also about the customer service. I feel that they cater to your needs, which makes for a great experience! Highly recommended!
Love my New place . When I get home , the property is nice and clean. When I walk into my apartment I feel like I'm at a Luxary Hotel.
Staff is awesome, very approachable and friendly. Environment is clean and neighbors are friendly. This is by far the BEST experience I've had in my renting history. If there are any issues, there is a documenting system and are addressed in a timely manner.
