Location of the property is far from community amenities. When I did a tour, my agent show me a unit in the community but on my move in date, I received a whole different unit far from the main office.
Overall good service. We made some last minute changes and the team at Allora made it happen. We had some delays due to the changes but nothing unusual
Great Location and Easy Process! I recently rented this apartment, and I’m very pleased with my decision. The location is unbeatable—everything you need is within walking distance, including banks, grocery stores, and a variety of restaurants. It’s so convenient for day-to-day living! The application process was smooth and straightforward, which made the move-in experience stress-free. I also appreciate how well-maintained the apartment is. Overall, I’m really happy with my choice and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live.
I am having a good experience here at AAP. It has been peaceful, the office managers are very friendly and helpful with whatever you need. I have not had any issues!

So far with this apartment building everything is beautiful , it’s very quiet . The only problem is the walls are very thin I can literally hear my neighbors coming into their home .

Everything has been great from the application process to moving in. The office staff is so helpful and kind. Every maintenance request has also been handled very quickly and professionally. I like the location since it is close to the center the green areas and the extras are beautiful apart I love their chargers for electric cars and in general it met my expectations and I recommend it I have had a good experience

The apartment itself is nice. Leasing office answered all questions and concerns that I’ve had. My only major issue is. If we’re suppose to have 24/7 security then security needs to be on their job. I had an incident happen my first day here and security was oblivious!

Nice and convenient location , new build with great amenities still have some kinks to work out with trash pick up but nonetheless it’s a nice place

Met a few neibors as i arrived, they were very friendly! The apartments are so beautiful and cozy! Lots of storage space, internet comes with each unit, and even Valet Trash!

Honestly I never toured the place, besides looking at the layout and driving by a couple of times. I blindly applied. Amazing decision so far, everything has exceeded my expectations. The location is what really makes a difference for me, I’m close to work and all the food places I frequently visit.

Destiny did a great job explaining the property, and was very welcoming. I really enjoy the amenities, and the location is prime. The outside is full of cameras and there is plenty of security.

Hidden Gem, super quiet complex with lots of privacy. Workout facilities are great with good mix of free weights and cardio machines. Staff is great and super friendly/helpfull
