Staff is very nice and haven't had any major problems since I moved in. If I had any maintenance problems they always followed up within a decent manner to fix it. Apartment floor plans are very nice and modern.
The staff here is great. They are very friendly even after the move in. The apartment are very clean and we haven’t had any issues with maintenance.
Overall, it is a good community. Most of the time, the community is clean. However, sometimes the trash area is a bit dirty. The trash company left tire marks on the ground Or people would leave trash outside the bin which is not nice
Great amenities and comfortable living space. I don't like how I have to reset the breaker to use my dryer. Not a lot to do within walking distance so having a car is a must.
New apartment with new appliances. No pest problems. Quiet neighbors and plentiful parking (there could be a little more visitor parking). Amenities are good.

We been at Allora for 7 months and we are really happy been here, everything have work good and the people here are really calm and easy going, we never had a problem with any neighbor, and the staff is always willing to help. we feel really confutable here
1 Week as a resident & so far no issues thank God. Cameras all over the community & in the mail room as well. No package or mail can get lost or stolen!

Everything is fantastic. No problems during move in. Only thing I wish there were more of is visitor parking spaces since there are a significant amount of spots that remain empty anyways.
So far so good! just moved in and loving where I live. There has been a few issues with the gates not working, but they are very clear with communication on when things will be getting fixed which i love
My 90 day review. I love it here it feels so homely. When you enter the B2 floor plan it really feels like you are entering a home. The property is well kept and they respond right away to any concerns or needs you may have. There are cameras throughout the property so it’s safe to walk around with peace of mind. The office staff are the best.
Its so amazing here. I love the gym and pool area. Everything is super new, and there hasn't been any issues at all. Its also super quiet here.
I think the community is awesome. I have enjoyed my experience tremendously at Allora bear creek. My daughter and guests are very impressed with the pool.

We have loved living at Allora Bear Creek. There are great amenities, a safe environment, and a really responsive staff! We haven’t had many issues, but the ones we did had have were resolved quickly.
My husband and I moved in on July 3rd this year and since then it really has felt like home. We did have an obstacle first thing off when we moved in and the AC was broken ,but we were thankful for the managers for being proactive in helping us to get it back on. Especially since it was right before the hurricane Beryl would hit. I have to state that it was incredible how the APT held up during that storm. It could have been so much worse but showcased how strong the foundations were and are. Ever since then there hasn't been any incidents. The gate has issues from time to time ,but that is bound to happen. We love the open concept, the amenities, and just how overall we feel at home. We are excited for our stay at Allora and the memories to be made.

The amenities are top-notch, and I always feel safe and secure. This is a quiet and safe place to live. It is a new community that still has access to Houston proper and Cypress. It has been enjoyable for the last six weeks.
I have lived here for about a month and things are great! Community is very clean and the amenities are wonderful. Staff has been really friendly and accommodating (shout out to Annabelle and Andrew). Although the area is quiet, HEB and Memorial City mall are not too far away.
So far, I've been living here for almost two months and have had a fantastic experience. The managment team is professional, the move-in process was smooth, and maintenance requests are addressed quickly. The common areas are quiet and clean, and the building itself is brand new. I truly hope they continue to maintain these high standards.
