Nice apartment with amazing team office! Lily is the best! She got me the best view with a pool and the floor I asked for! Plus it’s near my job which make it better and better! All the team was helpful when I tired to do my application. Good job guys ??

I love the location, the amenities like the conference/study rooms, and the events for the residents. The office staff is cordial and the maintenance men are awesome. The grounds are also well-maintained However, I feel as though the valet trash and paying for parking are money grabs and unnecessary especially when the “trash fairies” only want to take two bags at a time and the parking is not covered and extremely plentiful. I also wish the community provided a real dumpster for larger items and boxes versus a few residential-sized recycle cans for a property of this size. Despite this, it is a nice place to live in the city at this time.

nice, brand new, quiet neighborhood! Friendly staff! Lots of kitchen storage space, Clean apartments (besides the ants) Walls are a lil thin and I can hear other ppls music sometimes but it doesn’t bother me, I LOVE IT.

I love how bright my apartment is. It is brand new and beautiful. The concierge trash is great. The location is pretty good. There is a lot of traffic which is the only downside.

The community is very nice. The complex is brand new. So everything in the apartment is new as well. Everything works without any issues. They offer some nice amenities. The staff has been nothing but quick and efficient. I have zero complaints

I just moved in a few days ago. Allora Eastland Apartments are Gorgeous and fur baby friendly! The entire leasing staff has been extremely welcoming and helpful.
Everyone I encountered was respectful, patient, and professional. I love that they took the time to answer every question I had in detail. I had a few offers on the table and was playing the pros and cons game but ultimately decided allora eastland was the one for me. If I had to base it off of customer service alone my mind would’ve been made up after my first encounter with the allora eastland team, especially Jeremiah. My deciding factors were the spacious units, modern new appliances, amenities, and convenience of their location. Thank you allora eastland team! Also a special shoutout to the Lily I think her name was who was the one who gave me my key on move in day and walked me through the community to ensure all my keys worked during the rain. (Hurricane Helene) Lastly, thank you for my welcome gift. It was such a nice thoughtful touch!
I’m really enjoying my apartment here, the community is very clean and quiet! I love the location, it’s so close by to East Atlanta Village, Little5 Points and Ponce. I also love that you can walk across the street to the new restaurants at Halidom.

Quick and easy application process. My leasing agent was always courteous, friendly and professional. The property has nice amenities. The parking is plentiful and affordable. Very close to major attractions.
Everybody is so welcoming. My move in process was very smooth. The apartment is perfect. Rayvon and the other employees are ready to help with anything they can.
I love that the Community is quiet. I pray it stays that way. I don’t see my neighbors which is also plus . The apartment is beautiful. Lots of natural lightning which is a plus. My old complex was dreary. I can see the police security all around the complex.

Overall a great place. There were a few issues that should not have been present with a brand new apartment but the pros definitely outweigh the cons.
Lily was so sweet and amazing!!! She answered every question I had (I had so many) and was quickly responsive and helpful with anything I needed. Besides the beautiful new construction and great amenities, I knew right after touring that I wanted to move here. The professionalism and great personalities made this experience a 10/10. I was able to receive my keys with Jeremiah who was so sweet and pleasant, I also met James who was also friendly and personable. They have such a great staff and I can’t help but to add how affordable this new complex is, I am so glad I chose Allora Eastland to call “home.” I highly recommend all who are searching for a new home to choose this complex!

Signing up for the internet wasn’t a smooth process. Other than that everything has been seamless. The leasing agents have been helpful regarding ensuring I was ready for the move.
My experience has been great so far! I just moved in but I can tell that I’m going to enjoy my time here. Lily has been a great help and I appreciate all of her hard work and answering any questions I’ve had.
My experience touring with James was excellent. He did such an amazing job that I leased right on the spot! The area and the apartments are nicely laid out but it was my great experience with James and the team that sealed the deal! Keep up the good work!

Allora Eastland is such a beautiful and amazing property. From the hospitality to the great brand new amenities, There is no other place for great scenery and the history of Moreland Ave. I received a grand tour for the housing agent LILY. She has such an outstanding personality and always eager to help. Her warm bubbly smile invites the entire family in. She was so helpful and explains the new apartment campus so well and detailed. The homes are like no other. Anyone who chooses to make Allora Eastland their home would be proud. This tour was fun , exciting , eye opening and most important professional. Thank you LILY :)

I toured Allora Eastland with James and absolutely loved the apartments, amenities and service. The apartments are brand new and a big kitchen and a lot of storage space. There's a lot of outdoor space too! James was thorough in helping me find my unit and I'm looking forward to moving to Allora Eastland!
