The apartment is great, cool layout, spacious closets, and has a lot of natural light. The community is also quiet, which is important to me. The package service and valet trash are a plus!
I love living with Allora. The staff here at Allora are amazing. Neighbors within the community are very friendly! The apartments are located in a decent area, very close to the square and other Gainesville activities, but are also very secluded making it quiet at night

The community here generally keeps to themselves. There are a lot of younger people and families who live here. Sometimes neighbors are noisy at night. I really love the amenities at Allora and it is a generally great place to live!

This is by far the nicest place we’ve lived in our 7 years being married. It has felt like a luxury getaway! I must admit, I miss having a yard and a place for my kids to run around and play, but the security I feel having my kids live in this community makes up for much of the lack.

Great place to live, but I do wish the dog park was a little better. It’s kinda small and I wish it wasn’t mulch. Other than that, I highly recommend this place. It’s a wonderful community and great people.

We LOVE it so far. It’s a quiet community with amazing amenities. Perfect place to go for a morning walk, grab a cup of complimentary coffee from the community center, and relax in their shaded patio area. Easy to feel right at home.

I have enjoyed my time here at Allora so far! I’ve lived here for almost 8 months and I don’t have many complaints. The amenities are very nice and the environment is well taken care of. There is a leash requirement for dogs, and I see some dogs off leash which I don’t love given that my dog doesn’t respond well to other animals running up to him, so i’d like for there to be more regulations on that.

Love the staff they are always super friendly and helpful. Maintenance is always quick with requests that are put in. The location is amazing and close to grocery stores. The complex is well kept and always clean!

This apartment complex has one of the nicest leasing office staff I have ever met. They are so kind, and helpful. Applying here was super quick, which was a big plus for me and my fiancé.

At first I really loved it here. However there are so many fees for everything. Rent is also never consistent either which can be annoying. The maintenance people are amazing and very timely with everything.

I have given five stars before but now that we’ve been living here since March it has changed. I’m giving 2 stars cause when you have disrespectful neighbors above you making noises from 11:30pm till (sometimes) 3:00am there’s a big problem. We have reported this more than once and it seems to not be getting any better.

Really clean, and modern! They have one and two bedroom apartments options. Really convenient location too! My wife and I have been living here for only about a month which isn't a very long time but being only 5 minutes from work and 3 minutes from Kroger/Publix has been a really nice change of pace after living 30 minutes away from anything. And even being so close to all the hustle and bustle you really can't tell it aside from the occasion train, but as long as you're in the back buildings like 8, 9, or 10 you can barely hear it All that being said, the best part of staying at Allora isn't the saltwater pool or the 24hour gym; you can find that at most other places, I'd say the best part that you can't really find anywhere else is the in room washer and dryer! So convenient! It really makes just a one bedroom apartment feel like a home

Only issue is the train noise but other than that it nice and quite. Pretty clean throughout the complex and outside. Big plus is the grills at are at the club house.

It's okay!! Been here since Feb of 2023. The trash people could do alot better on our floor. Sometimes they miss us and then if you have just the 2 bags like we were told they only take one.

It is an okay place. staffing is kinda rude and it could have definitely been built better. Some of the floor is coming up and there is cracking on the walls. I can always hear the people above me walking around.

Overall my experience at the Allora has been great. A highlight has been the gym and pool. I also really enjoyed meeting people at the pool. Another highlight has been the staff they have been very helpful and patient with all my questions. The trash service is really nice and trash employee is the kindest! The maintenance men are kind and quick to respond.

Super Lovely apartments that have that new paint smell, comes with washer and dryer which is awesome. Nice friendly staff that are easy to work with. And a super convenient location!

We’ve lived here for about 8 months now, and have grown to love the quality of living here. The apartment itself has been fantastic, and the upkeep of the grounds and of the amenities is superb. The only thing I miss is when there used to be available parking spots near our building! There’s so many people now that It’s hard to find.

This apartment complex is in a good location being walking distance away from Kroger and the large shopping center. I also appreciate the floor plan, having a door to the bathroom from the living room and bed room

I am new but so far so good. I haven't had any issues and it is pretty quiet and clean. The one maintenance call I have had to make was quickly and effectively handled. The office staff are good as well.

We love our community and it is quiet and clean. The management group is wonderful wonderful , And very helpful to resolve any issues quickly.
We have loved living here. The apartments are spacious and built with quality materials. The neighbors are all so nice. Plus the forest views are so lovely.
Absolutely beautiful. So close to everything I need and the amenities are top notch. I would highly recommend ALLORA Gainesville as a thriving community to live in.
