Allura is a lovely place to live. Great location, quiet and beautiful. The staff is always very helpful and maintenance does a great job getting work completed. However, some residents should learn how to park within the lines.

Love living here! Everyone is nice and the place is beautiful. There are always events going on and feels like a community. Also, it is very pet friendly.

Everybody is very helpful and nice. The pool is awesome and the walking track is great. The carts are a great idea for bringing up groceries. I also like the grill areas.

Living here is a pleasure. They always host such fun and creative events for the residents at the clubhouse, the amenities are resort-style, there is a well kept and spacious dog park, and the apartments are modern and spacious. The entire community is well maintained, and neighbors are friendly yet respect your privacy. I wouldn't change living Allura for anywhere else. 10/10!!!

Allura is a great community. It is very clean and has great amenities for all the residents to enjoy. I have lived here for 2 years and just renewed my lease for this year.

Chuck is great and super accommodating! He stayed late on a Saturday to get my keys on move in day since I was driving in from Maryland. The community is safe and the people are so nice. So far, I love it!

We fell in love with clubhouse before we moved here when we came for a birthday party and decided almost instantly we wanted to live here. It was the best spontaneous decision weve made and now absolutely love our Resort-Style of living here at Allura and highly recommend! The amenities are fantastic. I love showing my family and friends where we live and everything we can do here. Our favorite spot ofcourse is The Alley where we often have our date nights and play some pool & go bowling. Here at allura there is something to do for everyone and the community is very diverse. Everyone is super friendly, respectful and welcoming. The pool area is by far the most beautiful I've seen in a community. Its never packed and is always relaxing! The Allura managment team is superb. We love everything they plan each month whether its wine down wednesday, pizza parties, painting or Food Truck Fridays. We try not to miss anything and definitely look forward to next event. They also go out of there way to make sure the community is maintained clean and service requests, if any, are taken care of quickly. Thanks for making Allura such a peaceful and great place to live!

This place is very beautiful and very well maintained. Love the amenities and have made great friends here! This is a family oriented community with respectful people. We love living here, just wish our apartment had one extra bedroom!

I love my apartment and love the way there is always something for you to do, the office really take care of the residents. I love the food trucks that come out every week, makes a long day at work really easy not to have to worry about what’s for dinner

Very friendly community with many activities. Office staff very knowledgeable and helpful at all times. Maintenance staff is always great.. great place to live.

Some of the residents are rude , irresponsible and inconsiderate . However the management and staff are quick to respond to complaints and problems ,,, they get five stars for that. The complex is beautiful , the gym , the pool all resort style and really nice. I've always owned a home and have never lived in an apt before but this place is really nice and again , management is very good here.

I would highly recommend Allura. The office staff is very professional and helpful. There are plenty of common areas and the amenities are outstanding. Great location.

Great place to live. Management is caring and the neighbors are kind. You don’t have to worry about things not being done. All service requests are taking care of within 24-48 hours.

Allura is a nice place to live. Plenty of amenities and the staff is wonderful. Quick to fix anything and great at communicating. My family has lived here for over 2 years and we feel safe, its in a great school district and great location in North Naples.

I love this property some people take care of this place like their home but some do not do we need supervision on the property

By far the best place I’ve lived at in Naples. Highly recommend it…!!! Great place, great amenities…..!!! Superior living..! The staff listens and if you need help they are there to make things easier for you. The grounds are kept up and the dog park is separated little to big.. and it has a dog wash station as well. In the back is a nice walking path.. and a bike share if you want to use a bike.

This is probably the best place to live in all of Naples. The management truly cares about the living conditions and the maintenance of the amenities. the neighbors are all nice and considerate. it is pet friendly and family friendly. Great community.

The area is perfect for a family or single resident. The Apartments are gorgeous and well maintained by management. I know I will be renewing my lease as soon as it’s time. I want to continue to live in a community that cares about us and our pets.

Some amenities need to be refurbished, couches by fire pit moldy, more electric car chargers as more cars that are electric, maybe add boxing gym equipment, otherwise great place to live but a little pricey for size of apt.

Lots of amenities, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Grounds are always kept clean and service calls are addressed and repaired promptly

It’s like living in a resort, except the vacation never ends. The staff is amazing the facilities are so clean and modern, it is worth every penny you pay for rent!

Lovely grounds, attentive management, great amentities. One of the few places where large dogs are allowed and the dog owner community has been a nice way to get to meet people.

The staff has been incredibly welcoming and helpful, making the move-in process smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself is spacious, bright, and beautifully finished with high-quality materials. The layout is perfect for my needs, offering plenty of storage space and a comfortable living area. I also appreciate the attention to detail in the amenities – the gym is well-equipped, the pool area is always clean, and the community spaces are perfect for relaxing or socializing.

I love how spacious the community is and it is safe. Close to my work and grocery store. The most important I am close to the expressway. The neighbors have been wonderful and everyone is helpful. The amenities are clean and easy to access for use. The cart pull and ceiling fans in the hallways are so useful. It's all around the best bang for your buck .

Allura is a luxury resort style professional living community. The customer service and upscale resort style experience meets all the expectations for renting in Naples.

Great community feel, regularly scheduled events for residents. Best amenities in any community- between the gym, resort style pool, bowling alley, movie theater etc! Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is great, you can tell the team cares about the property and the residents!
