DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS BUILDING. and please order the reviews by date and only read the new ones Everyone warned me NOT to rent here 1) I had to sign the lease before seeing the apartment and I was sent a video OF A DIFFERENT apartment altogether (different plan, larger bu at least 100 sqf) 2) I asked abt noise and specifically requested a quiet apartment, they SOMEHOW forgot to mention that the apartment was right above of the pool 3) When I arrived and was shcoked by the ‘wrong apartment’ they gave me i couldnt talk to any manager for 15 days because nobody wants to work and because they are the definition of incompetence 4) I reported brown mud coming out of my fridge water 2 weeks and nobody bothered fixing it 5) The staff is impolite (especially management) and rude and you can hear them make fun of residents 6) the dog park smells like garbage as it is localized near the garbage area 7) The whole ambiance there is trashy and disgusting 8) when i asked to breake the lease they asked for a fee of 3800 usd They are complwtely unprofessional and unreliable and honestly completely rude 9) DEFINITELY NOT LUXURY LIVING. maintenance suck just read the comments
I’ve seen some changes with the new property manager, which is very much appreciated. The cleanliness has also improved.. We have felt very taken care of, she answers all of our many questions! The complex is beautiful & We were so pleased with the layout and quality of our apartment!
Honestly, typing this is really a disappointment because I had such high hopes. I moved from NY to Houston and toured a lot of buildings but I chose Allure. I loved the community and my tour guide was awesome. I moved in January 2023 and immediately regret my decision. First, they are just a MESS. Second, I flew from NY, signed paperwork and got my keys. INSTANT regrets. The apartment floors were dirty and were not cleaned. The ice/water dispenser was rusty and unusable. The bathtub was dirty and not cleaned. The kitchen sink was rusty and has mess in the drain. I asked the agent that walked me to my apartment about the appearance and she told me there was “a store close buy to purchase cleaning supplies.” I was disappointed because I was excited to move to Houston and this building. I went and spoke to the manager whom already has a picture of the refrigerator on her phone (so she was aware of the issue) and offered no resolve. I told her the state of the apartment and she said “it should have been cleaned” but again, no resolve. It appears that no one bothered to check the apartment before they rented to a new tenant and it shows they do not care about their tenants. This was instantly the worst decision I ever made moving here and I wish I did not have to live here. Please beware of these issues if you are thinking of moving here. Ensure that you see the apartment before you sign your lease or pay your rent and have a backup apartment just in case. Trust me.
Literally every amenity is always broken and ever since Hanover sold it to Allure it's been at nothing but a steady decline. Save your time and money, don't live here. It's a joke of a "luxury" apartment.
Allure Hermann Park is not the place you want to live, trust me on this. My move-in date was July 7, 2022, and the A/C unit was not functioning. If you live in the city of Houston you know that during the summer months air conditioning is vital, especially when you have a pet (I'm a dog dad) I paid a full month's rent when I signed my lease but wasn't able to move into my apartment until August 4th. So I was couch surfing with my brother and friends because I had nowhere else to live (even though I had signed a lease and paid full rent) Now you would think because I moved in that the A/C was fixed, well it was not. After notifying the new management of my issues it took over a week for me to get a single-room portable A/C unit that only cooled one room at a time. Eventually, the A/C unit had to be completely replaced, which took a day to accomplish. Now you would also think that because my apartment wasn't livable for almost a month that I would not need to pay for the time I wasn't able to live on the property. Well, I just found out that they are expecting me to pay full rent even though I couldn't actually live in my apartment. I was told if I want to get the rent covered for the time I wasn't able to live in the unit that I needed to reach out to the previous management company (Hanover) myself and get it taken care of. For what you would imagine is supposed to be a 'Luxury" apartment living it's far from it. High-level Customer service is expected at a place like this and I deeply regret signing a lease agreement to live here. Pray for me and Beaux (my dog) y'all. We have 10 months left if I'm not able to somehow get out of my lease.
Facilities good but don’t let that distract you from the ever unresponsive management, the lack of functioning elevators, the poorly-maintained equipment, the massive lines for shared facilities, and the overall mediocre quality of life given the supposed access to these amenities. Don’t be fooled, not everything that glitters is gold, and this building certainly isn’t. As but one example, took three weeks and a barrage of calls to answer a simple question about adding someone to my lease. I called and left a message at least four or five times and every time it was “they’re out giving a tour but they’ll call you when they’re back in the office”. I had to visit in person to ever get a question addressed if answering me didn’t bring them more revenue. As a cherry on top, when they did send me an email with the document I requested, they scanned the wrong side of the page and I received a blank scan. I cannot comprehend how anyone can even make a mistake like that. When I responded shortly pointing out that the file was blank, I never heard back. Another hitch is that the elevators never all work at the same time. Nightmarish given that there are 29 floors and you need to get to work on time. Maintenance requests are usually handled within a day tops which is good for some requests but not good when your A/C goes out and it’s a Texas summer. Overall, live elsewhere. I cannot emphasize this enough. I am counting on my fingers until the end of my lease. Note: a lot of this occurred under the old management so if you’re willing to take a gamble on the new management, feel free. I will not.
We moved in about a month ago and the experience was an excellent one. The highest recommendation goes to Stephen he is truly an amazing person and goes above and beyond to make you happy. Other than the great amenities and location of this building it was mostly because of Stephen that we decided to lease in the Hanover Herman park. Any issues we had were address right away and resolved promptly. Highly recommend living here and taking advantage of the great amenities and great customer service from Stephen. If you do decide to visit or lease ask for him !!!

I’ve always admired the towers and told myself I will some day live there. Now just awaiting the days till I finally move in! Before arriving at Hanover I was sold on another residence, but once I got there is was an obvious decision. The view was amazing, the facility and amenities was the definition of luxury living, and I think Cameron the sales agent did an amazing job not only with selling me on my future, but his customer service before and after my documents were signed confirmed to me that I made the correct decision.
I love this property. It is relaxing and it feels like you are on vacation. The facility is clean and resort like pool. I definitely recommend.
Hanover Hermann Park is a great building in a great location with great staff. Nice, roomy, updated apartment. Awesome location. Cameron, Lenny, and Lony made sure that my past year was wonderful. I could not have asked for anything more.
Cameron was excellent, helped me find my place and make sure everything went smooth. I am so happy with Cameron and the Hanover staff. Very modern and friendly people they even let you have your dogs here.
Love that HHP is VERY dog friendly. A dog park and pet washing station, along with a multi million dollar project to be completed in Hermann Park. Lenny and I shared pictures of our fur babies and can’t wait till they meet when I move in later next month.
I had a virtual tour with Lenny and she took the time to go over all the benefits of residing in Medical Center. Close to most parts of Houston within minutes and lush greenery to surround me. Most certainly! Thank you for helping make a stressful decision easy Lenny.
During my tour with Lenny I noticed the interaction she had with residents and a couple of which stopped to tell me they love their experience here and that Lenny is a doll. At the laptop ready to apply!
I work from home, so it was vital that I had a nice apartment. I love the amount of light I get through the windows and I love to sit in the sun on the balcony whilst watching life go by. I have some pidgin friends that visit me on the balcony and some 4 legged friends on the neighboring balcony. The dog park is also great, as well as the neighborhood park with plenty of places to go and walk. Dog treats at the front desk is also a bonus! In all I love living here.
Dollar for dollar best value here at HHP, since the start of my journey in searching for my new home to moving in Lenny has be amazing. Working with her has been a pleasure and you won’t regret it.
I stopped by yesterday, Friday 20th May, at around 6:40 PM, and the leasing office doors were closed, locked, and the lights were out, but they are meant to be open until 7 pm. I was not able to get a tour, which is fine if they can't even keep their office hours!

The property is well located for access to the trails around a golf course and down by the bayou. It is also walkable to the med centre and has a nice HEB. One thing that I haven't liked is the amount of pet waste, outside of the dog park! Whoever is taking care of the green areas doesn't appear to have looked at the other patches of grass. My pup likes to go rogue so i have noticed it probably more than the doggy park users. Lenny has been really helpful in improving the issue.
I toured the space while apartment hunting. Its beautiful inside, the amenities are nice and well kept and the staff is super friendly. Cameron showed me around the building, was able to answer all my question and made the experience fun. I would recommend looking here if you need a new place!
I really liked the one bedroom with a more open concept. The furnished model looked really good. My tour with Lenny was very helpful, she answered all of my questions. I really liked the gym compared to other complexes. I'd recommend adding this to your list to tour and ask for Lenny.
I had a great tour with Lenny, she was very helpful. Their 'show' apartments are really well put together. I wish my apartment looked as good as the show homes! The property seems well maintained and the facilities looked pretty good. They have a slightly different concept than other apartments with a more 'open' layout. At least in the one-bedroom unit I saw. It was actually a really nice flow! It is pretty well located for the bed centre or two get on the highways. Would recommend looking at it if you are searching for a nice apartment.
Nice property with some good views, side dependent. The amenities are really nice, with a great gym. The only real downside is the elevators, they can take too long. Lenny has been very helpful and the maintenance staff have also been really good.
We took a tour with Cameron and he was very friendly and professional. He made sure to ask what our must haves were and showed us units that kept those in mind. The atmosphere is wonderful the amenities are awesome, and the staff is so friendly and attentive. He totally sold us on the property and we look forward to making it our new home!
I had a great visit from beginning to end! The building feels like a blend of fancy hotel (valet/concierge) and condo living with the customer service, views, amenities and location. I was shown around by Lenny, she was fun and thorough (extra star for her patience with all of my questions lol), she really helped me narrow down the best fit and was just on point overall. Now I just have to wait for someone to move out of the apartment style I want so I can apply. I’m sure everyone is nice but ask for Lenny, one of the best tours I’ve had in a while.

I have looked at many complexes, and they are all really cookie cutter. This complex is well located, has amazing views, and has a nice common area well decorated with those nice views. Overall when I toured, it seemed clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful.
I was looking for a place to stay once I moved to Houston and this was the first place I stopped to look. Lenny showed me around the building and all the amenities the building had to offer and it was a done deal. I didn’t even go check out the other places to live I had lined up to see. Lenny and the team made the moving process much easier than I had initially planned!
I work in the med centre, and this is an excellent location for others—nice views of the city and good facilities like a hot tub, sauna and rooftop pool. I would recommend touring the complex if you are looking for med centre proximity accommodation. So far its been quiet and seems fairly secure, but houston is houston and crime happens everywhere.

We are relocating to the Houston area for work. We viewed approximately 15 different apartments and none compared to the location, amenities, staff, and overall feel that Hanover Hermann Park offers. Lenny and Steph, the leasing consultants, were very knowledgeable, accommodating and professional. Lenny gave a tour of the property and went through all of the necessary details. She was easy to work with and made the whole process seamless. 5 stars to the property for its location, offerings and especially for the people that work there.
I was shown around the complex by Lenny. She was very polite, gave a great tour and was knowledgeable on the facilities. The amenities are very nice, and all areas of the complex are clean and in good condition, unlike other complexes I’ve looked at. Looking to move in early next year.

I was looking for an apartment in medical center after getting a job at Houston Methodist hospital. I toured a few facilities in and around medical district after making appointments. The response while making an appointment for a tour was kind of dry and reflected disinterest in majority of the places. When I called Hanover Hermann Park Lenny answered the phone. She was very courteous over the phone and asked pertinent questions and answered all my questions as well. Though she had a packed day the day I called she accommodated my request by giving me self tour option. Lenny was ready with a folder with all information that I was looking for when I arrived. She has a pleasing personality, very friendly, positive and willing to go that extra mile to keep her customers happy. Her positivity helped me make a quick decision and I found my home. Hanover Hermann Park is a great place to live. I love it.
Full service building has everything you need at your fingertips from the gym to 24 hour valet. Can't beat this location to the medical center especially with the shuttle. Go see Lenny to find the perfect home.
I was looking for an apartment in the downtown area! I found this lovely gem. The gym is amazing and has great spa features. The resort style pool is to die for. Overall the neighborhood is really quiet and has a great view of Hermann park. Cameron gave us a really detailed tour of the entire building and all of its amenities. He was so helpful showing us the different options we had, and responded to all of my emails and questions. He even made our move in super easy and effortless.
Hanover Hermann Park is a great place to live. Management and the staff in general are outstanding in their kindness, service and willingness to help. The building is very clean, with great amenities and incredible views. I have special thanks to Tek, our shuttle driver, for his punctuality and first-class service. Also, to Cameron, my amazing agent (the best), who with his professionalism and hospitality helped me throughout all my lease process.
