Property Ratings at Allure North Dallas
I have been in the apartment for almost a year now and it has been nothing but a headache. When I first move in, I went to go get my key for them to tell me I can't move in because the apartment is not ready yet, mind you they had over a month to get it ready I had movers and everything. So, when I finally get my key, I go in go in and it trash all on the floor a SINK is in the dining room. There was trash on the back patio from the dry wall all they did was sweep it in my yard, it was a big pile of white dust in the yard that was hard to pick up. My wall had a patch that look like someone had cut out it was a different color from the rest of the wall. My water heater was falling in mu laundry room I was scared to go in there because I felt like at any moment it could fall It took me going t that office several time and calling over and over before they came to fix it. My faucet fell in my sink I could not wash dishes for about a week I had to call over and over for the office to tell me that they don't have maintenance available. They had someone come in to help but they were trying to find someone to hire. My dish washer is still messed up every time I open the door the whole thig falls out the wall. It smells and the blame it on me and not properly using the garbage disposal. My toilet wabbles every time I sit on it leaks the maintenance come in and put some puddy stuff around the bottom of the toilet like that was going to heal and it didn't. Oh, I had to do all the cleaning when I moved in because it was not done. And they just charged me for $100 for a grill on my back patio that the never said we could not have and said that they sent me an email about it. Corporate was the ones that told them to charge me for it but what Corporate need to bed worried about it the inside of the apartments. We have to pay ALOT of money for these apartments Corporate needs to make sure it's worth the money. I have heard so me ppl around the complex complaining about this property. And the gate to the complex is always broke. IT'S MORE TO SAY ABOUT THIS PLACE BUT I DON'T HAVE THE TIME. DON'T WASTE YOU HARD EARNED MONEY IT'S NOT WOTH IT

I've lived here for a while now, went through a couple different management companies & staff. I must say that this current staff has been very helpful and friendly , throughout the weather issues they follow up to insure that everything is okay, they take time to talk to you and get to know you personally. The property manager Tiffany, is very nice & always ask what they could do better to make me happier living here. My answer is, keeping the same staff so that things around here can finally stay consistent and a happy place to live. Having a property manager that genuinely cares means a lot to me and I'm sure others as well.
Property Manager at Allure North Dallas, Responded To This Review
Thank you for choosing Allure! We're thrilled to read that you're loving your stay and that you're happy with our professional service. We appreciate your encouraging remarks and look forward to continuing to provide you with a wonderful home!
I have only been living in Allure 4 months and I hate it. Management is horrible. They respond to work order request when they feel like it, AC is always going out, mold in units and they give you a hard time when you verbally tell them, the community is always dirty, the pool is never cleaned nor the cooking grills. Appliances are very old stainless steel. There’s always break ins and the office does nothing about it. There’s no air in the equipment room. We have community gates that we paid for a hat opener and the gates are never closed. Property manager shows no concern to anything and the assistant manager just quit as well and one of the many since guys. They are so unprofessional. If you’re looking for a peaceful home THIS IS NOT IT! I Promise keep looking.
