I just moved in and every step of the way, Melisa helped make the process easy for me. She is so kind and works so hard to make sure the residents are being taken care of. From taking calls and e-mails to planing great programs for the residence, she makes this apartment what it is. The building is very clean, there is always maintenance workers cleaning, moping, and painting to make everything look beautiful. Maintenance was quick to help me with my requests.

She is not only friendly but also one of the best managers I've ever encountered in a rental community. Allure on Parkway wasted my time and money. Very scary doing business with them. Allure on Parkway charged me for a $300 application fee then I didn't hear back from them for weeks till I disputed the charge. We were obligated to pay the application fee, so we paid it and moved on. Later on, we received a letter that Allure on Parkway still sent us to a collection agency for the debt we paid, and now it has been reported to the credit agency. Allure will NOT call and amend the debt. Now I am dealing with the credit bureau to fix my credit.

Thank you for reaching out. There is a $150 administration fee and the application fee is $75.00 per adult. Since you disputed the charge, it came back as Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF). If you cancel your application, there is no refund of the application and administration fees. If you were denied, you would receive the administration fee back. I’ve lived at property since it first opened about 2 years ago. At first it was great but recently it’s really going downhill. Management takes forever to resolve issues- the key fob system has been broken for months and there’s zero security at the place. Multiple cars were broken into and management never even warned the tenants. Parking is a mess unless you pay an extra monthly fee for garage parking; the garage gates are always breaking. It seems overall management now is just slow to fix anything and the whole place isn’t what it used to be. I will not be renewing my lease.

This place is beautiful! The amenities - pool, "cave" area, gardens, gym are all so well taken care of! I saw some of the other reveiws and yes, doors have been an issue because the building was hit by lightning. The staff sends out notices and are working on replacing the door system. People don't realize new systems aren't decided on and put in with a snap of a finger. I've lived in enough atpartments to know the bad from the good - and this palce is great!

Every time I see someone new moving in, I feel so bad for the terrible experience they're in for. Cars broken into, doors propped open all day and night for people to just walk right in, people using our pool who don't even live here, horrible internet, horrible management. The list goes on and on. Nothing will ever change. Don't believe their lies just to get you to rent.

This property started its decline the first day the new management took over. 21 cars broken into with NO communication why or what they were going to do. Sense no security has been implemented, numerous other break in have happened and they are to scared to say they have a problem. Next the trash around the property is absolutely horrendous, it smells like a dump here. The pool has been shut down by the health inspector and now there is so much chlorine in the pool it will burn your eyes. Today the pool is half drained and looks like a complete mess I went and asked the staff about the pool their response was, we don’t know…

They’ll make comments on public reviews acting like they care, providing an email address for you to contact, however they never answer their messages. They let maintenance requests go unanswered - or close them out without fixing the problem. Once they get your money, you won’t hear from them again. Can’t wait for someone from the office to respond and leave an email address they won’t answer.

New property team came in and the communication is very inconsistent. They seem to only care making the amenities and photos look good, at the expense of exterior concerns such as broken doors or making sure the amenities actually function. Emails and maintenance requests can go unanswered for two months at a time. They only care when it's convenient for them - like when they forgot to upload the water charges to everyones accounts before the rent was due and then sent out mass late notices and back dated bills making it seem like it was the residents faults.. Mistakes happen, but they handled it the wrong way after the fact.

Please, please read the negative comments because they are ALL TRUE. After new management took over, Bainbridge, it’s been downhill. Access to property is 24/7, so no security there. Noises / loud music at all hours of the night. Don’t bother on making a Maintenace request because IT WILL NOT GET DONE. No communication what so ever from office when Anything may be going wrong on the property, such as the internet not working, let me clarify, you will receive a notice a week after you have been without internet service. Fire alarm goes off with no notification, everyone evacuates the property and no word from management. Spa doesn’t work for consecutive dayssss, no word from management. If you are not parked by 8pm don’t bother looking, there is no parking available unless you want to pay an extra $50 a month. Calling the office? Don’t bother. No one EVER answers, NEVER. And the list just goes on.

The people saying there is a curfew are making stuff up. I've heard this rumor multiple times and it is laughable. The apartments are very good at isolating sound and noise is not issue. I'm an honestly baffled at some of these sound and curfew reviews. They sound completely made up. Very happy here so far.

I actually get sad when I see someone moving in. Management is awful. Literally 0 communication. Fire alarms went off and we had to evacuate at like 10 pm. NO WORD FROM MANAGEMENT!!!!!! People here are so selfish and don't care about the property. People have ruined amenities countless times. The apartments constantly smell of weed, and there's often loud music. The walls are quite thin, and you can hear your above and below stairs neighbors. There is a golfing simulator on property, and it's in a residential area, surrounded by apartments. I'm actually sad that people are seeing these good reviews and thinking it's a great place.

Property was recently taken over by Bainbridge and it has gone downhill. 1 email in Spanish communicating a new payment portal that didn’t work. And 1 single paper stickied to my door saying welcome to Bainbridge. Office was open on Christmas Eve but closed on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, neither of which was communicated to residents. Called the leasing office 27 times one day and never received an answer. Stood outside of the office and called and watched as the entire staff including a regional manager ignored the ringing phone. When I came in with issues I was responded with “well what do you want us to do about that.” If you’re looking for availability check this place out because there’s a ton of residents not renewing their leases that is for sure. Especially not with 40% rent increases. These are all management issues not building issues.
The communication from management staff is horrendous. From apartment inspections, fire alarms, curfews, etc. Talk down to you as if you were a child getting disciplined.
Curfew at 10PM like we’re children, blatant disrespect to tenants. I haven’t found anyone who truly likes living here.
Imagine being the child that makes other people lose access to the amenities because they don’t know how to behave. Acting like a child gets you treated like a child. Lynn, Shawn, and Savannah work very hard to keep this place running like the luxury apartment it is. I love living here and cannot wait to renew my lease.
Yes, these apts are pretty on the outside but what they won't tell you is they have a roach problem. I don't understand how an apt building that's not even a year old can have a issue with roaches. Maybe it's they keep the common areas like hallways, gym, entertainment lounge, & stairwells temperature so warm. Like hallways should be 68°, there are a few hallways that are kept at 85°! The gym is always so hot. Yes, you'll find roaches in the common areas. No, they don't clean them. You pay too much in rent to be living with the roaches. My apt stays clean & I've had them come spray for bugs more then a handful of times and it's gotten better however remember the apt building isn't a year old and it ALREADY has the bug issue. There are more roaches then spiders. In conclusion, live in luxury with roaches. I'm glad staff is at least pleasant.
