Worst leasing experience ever! I called multiple times over the course of a week, but they never answered. When I left messages, they never returned my calls. I scheduled a tour and received an email confirmation, but when I arrived, they said they couldn't accommodate me, even with proof of my appointment. I can only imagine how poorly they handle things if you actually move into this building. The leasing agent had zero respect for my time and schedule appointment. Also there is a new construction going on right next door so I'm assuming tons of noise cause of the construction.

The building is in a great location with very nice amenities. However, rules are not enforced, residents aren’t respectful of their home and common areas, pets run wild, management doesn’t address ongoing maintenance needs, the package delivery and box removal service is a complete joke and the people in the office don’t seem to be helpful.

Alluvion Las Olas has redefined downtown living. It is more than an apartment building, it is a lifestyle. There is no doubt, the amenities are by far the very best. No other rental community in downtown Fort Lauderdale can even come close. Alluvion, nice building, yes, but poor service and attention to resident needs, security continues to be an issue, no solutions provided, lack of follow up and transparency in communication has really caused people to question whether this building is still on of the best places to live in Fort Lauderdale or has turned into another average apartment building to live in.

The Alluvion provides a remarkably friendly and efficient home, with no worries about taxes and repairs! The maintenance staff and Leasing/office staff are very helpful and available. After living in houses in six states, we are happy to call the Alluvion our home. The amenities and various places to relax or party make the Alluvion all inclusive, no need to go to a resort!

We moved in to Alluvion Las Olas a week ago and it has been a wonderful experience so far. Its been easy to reserve the elevator for furniture deliveries and the garage has plenty of parking for residents, which was a major concern of mine. The gym and the business center is the highlight for me as it is always open, clean and well maintained. I hope it continues this way through the remainder of my time here. The other residents here are surprisingly very kind and friendly which just makes this experience even more pleasant. Were happy we made the decision to go with Alluvion Las Olas over some of the other luxury residences nearby and we plan to enjoy and embrace the lifestyle here for the foreseeable future.

Living at the Alluvion has been like a never ending resort. Well maintained building and friendly staff. The view and location are perfect. We love it here. Price is fairly decent considering nearby apartments with low end and fewer amenities, priced similarly.

This place is a hot mess. Over promise and under deliver should be their motto. Amenities sometimes open(often not), fobs don't work right, garage disorganized, half the people DON'T wear masks. Be ready to put up with a lot. Many better choices downtown. I hear the sales staff constantly telling potential renters things that simply aren't true. 5 stars it is not. The location is good.

Alluvion las olas is one of the best communities around downtown. Great amenities, friendly staff, close to all departmental stores and the las olas strip. The apartments are spacious great floor plan, new building so new everything. Its worth it.

This place has many issues. Why does apartments.com say it has 5 stars when it has only 1 star reviews??? Poor design, poor management, thin walls. Very little natural light in the stack I’m in. Watch out for lies from the leasing staff. It also seems to be the place where people who get rejected from other apartments due to big aggressive dogs go, so watch out for your safety too.
