Alma isn’t a horrible apartment, however I do not enjoy living here. There are too many rules and no one enforces them. It’s nearly impossible to sleep or get any quiet in my apartment due to my neighbors. I feel like whoever made these apartments rushed and was only thinking about profit when creating a 3 story apartment. You hear literally everything right above you and it will drive you insane. So yes they look nice on the outside but it’s not peaceful at all.

I have been a resident of The Alma for a year and will most definitely renew my lease. I love the amenities and location to restaurants and shopping, not to mention the view of Ethel M's botanical garden when it's lit during the holidays. Shay the office manager has been here from day 1 to assist with all my residential needs! All apartments have issues when neighboring with others, but Shay makes sure my requests are valued and attended to. She's the best!

The Alma is a beautiful, well maintained property with excellent representatives. There is great attention to residents needs, which is very important when living in a large community.The amenities are nice and the grounds are kept clean all the time. It's a quiet community where I feel safe anytime of day or night.

Beautiful property. I used to love living at this property until there was a management turnover. The staff in the leasing office are both rude and unresponsive to residents. Poor leaders. The Greystar corporate office is not any better. If you need to make changes to your lease they make the process overly difficult. They don't respond to emails. You need to follow up over and over. They are under staffed and typically no one is in the office to help in person. If you do by luck come to the office when someone is there, they behave as though we are bothering them. They send threatening emails to residents stating that they will fine us. While taking months and months to repair broken equipment in the gym.

Rude management that is not good at their job. Thin walls and cheap appliances. Pretty but thats the thing I fell for when i moved. Crickets came in through the vent of the restroom. I could hear them and the rain when i would be in the bathroom. Pool is tiny and packed all the time and doesnt help that maintenance brings this whole family for amenities. They had coffee machines that never worked employee said they hated it because it always broke down but greystar wanted it to look pretty. Just sums up their whole business. Dont fall for the pretty look and just dont lease with Greystar in general. Known to build pretty for cheap and rent high. Dont waste your time.

I will not be recommending Alma because of the management here and the maintenance department here. Both are horrible in addressing customer complaints.

This is a very nice complex with beautiful amenities. The grounds are attractive. Great gym, fire pit with seating, two closed oven type grills, outdoor areas to enjoy food, incredible pool with spa, dog park with exercise structures and another open dog area. Landscaping attracts beautiful hummingbirds. Huge, beautiful . The apartments are very nice with laminate flooring, including Whirlpool appliances. In unit laundry W/D included Valet trash pickup. Club/gathering area, for studying, coffee bar, large TV, games and quiet area. Much more to mention. The list is long. Shay is wonderful in the office, here on the grounds. Very knowledgeable and very pleasant. Xavier and Ulysses in maintenance are top of their game. I would definitely recommend Alma Apartments!

This company is the best. I’ve lived in so many apartments before but they don’t come close to Alma apartments. They are friendly and easy to communicate with. Maintenance requests are priority and get done as quickly as possible. They keep their appointments clean and it’s a really safe neighborhood. I really enjoy living here and if I ever move to a different property im going to make sure it’s owned by the same company.

I have been a resident of Alma Apartments for a while now, and while there are many aspects of living here that I enjoy, recent changes and ongoing issues have prompted me to share my experiences, particularly for those considering moving here. Issues with Delivery System: Management used to open the gate during office hours so that delivery drivers could deliver packages. The management recently implemented a new system for package deliveries that requires residents to individually register with each and every delivery service they expect to receive parcels from so that the delivery driver can call the resident to open the gate for them. While the intent to enhance security is understandable, this change has resulted in several practical challenges. Delivery Delays: Since the introduction of the new system, I’ve faced numerous instances where delivery drivers, upon encountering the closed gate, simply marked the package as undeliverable, citing the business as closed. This has caused frustrating delays in receiving packages as someone who works from home and is disabled. If the delivery driver has 10 packages for 10 different residents, management expects the delivery driver to call residents and keep trying different residents until they get someone to open the gate. So far, delivery drivers are just marking the business as closed and moving on rather than waste time trying to call different people to get the gate open. Inconvenience: The need to register with multiple delivery services and ensure that each has up-to-date instructions adds an unnecessary layer of complication for residents. This system seems to rely heavily on the assumption that residents are always available to open the gate remotely, which is not always the case. A more resident-friendly solution, perhaps a code-based system or a dedicated delivery area, would be greatly appreciated. Maintenance and Cleanliness Concerns: Another concern that has increasingly become apparent is the issue of cleanliness and maintenance around the complex, particularly regarding pet waste. Dog Waste on Sidewalks and Roads: There has been a noticeable increase in dog waste not only on the sidewalks and grass areas but also along the road in front of the apartment complex. This was not an issue when I first moved in, and it's disappointing to see this deterioration in cleanliness.

If you like being woken up several times throughout the night due to sound of your neighbors merely walking around and closing doors in their apartment, then this is the place for you! Not to mention the AC vents are placed right under walkways of the upstairs apartments which results in the LOUDEST metal creaking noise every time my upstairs neighbor goes in and out of their bedroom. Love being able to trace the movements of my upstairs neighbor with every step they take!! Haven’t gotten a full nights sleep since they moved in. I will definitely not be renewing my lease once it ends!!

It is such a beautiful property, extremely well maintained, exceedingly hardworking staff (both the office and maintenance), and it’s soooooo close to everything! Living at Alma has been the best experience for my family and I. Our community is gorgeous, pristine, unique, and cozy. The entire team has been amazing from day one. Anytime I have submitted a service request, the job was completed correctly the first time. The office staff is amazing, generous, and professional. We live in an area that’s close to everything! We are 15 minutes from the strip, 8 minutes from the airport, and 5 minutes from the interstate. The grounds are beautiful, the amenities are beautiful. If you are an early riser and an early bird, this will fit your schedule perfectly. If you want to do anything after five or 6 PM, then you’re gonna have a little more difficulty. Forget about using your phone on the property unless you’re hooked up to the Wi-Fi. And hopefully you don’t work from home and are dependent on the Wi-Fi at your apartment because that can be very unreliable. For Beauty this place gets an A, for everything else I would say, a C.

We are disappointed to hear that you are not satisfied with the community after 5 or 6pm. :( Cellular signals are a challenge on the property which we are working on with cell providers. Glad you caught onto the fact that we have a cox hotspot on the community which will cover you in the main courtyard/entry/clubhouse area despite your cell providers coverage. If you aren't familiar with how to access the hotspot for continuous coverage, please contact the office as we are glad to help. Additionally, as a new construction project, we ramp up our hours of operation as construction is completed in the respective common areas. I anticipate increasing the clubhouse hours very soon while the pool, fitness center, putting green, pickleball court & dog park are all accessible well beyond our office hours currently. Alma is a great community! Apartments have every amenity. Grounds are clean. Apartments are new and very quiet. Would highly recommend to new home renters. Located very near shopping centers and small shops.

I've lived here less than a week, but so far it's already a huge improvement to my last apartment! It's near so many things but it's off the main road enough where it's nice and quiet. I'm on the top floor so I do hear planes, but it's pretty quiet it's almost like white nose in the background. Looking forward to being spoiled rotten by all the amenities. I mean, hot tub? Trash valet? My last apartment could NEVER. And the leasing office has been friendly and helpful every time I've needed anything, and maintenance is SO fast. I put in a request and within a few hours someone was already knocking on my door. Really high hopes for this place!

We love living at Alma. Amanda and Maurice are amazing. From our first contact until the day we moved in, the service was excellent. Since we moved to LV from out of state (NY), the apartment search was tough, until we found Alma. Amanda and Maurice went above and beyond and filmed a video tour of the apartment the same day we spoke on the phone for the first time. No other community provided such a great service. Maurice explained all amenities and we just knew this was it. The application process was easy and quick. We feel very lucky having found Alma. The apartment is brand new, super nice and modern. The complex is in walking distance to two grocery stores (Smith’s and Trader Joe’s) and lots of restaurants. We can only recommend living at Alma, it’s a great place to live.

This is a wonderful review. But unfortunately it is for a different property in a different state.
The leasing office staff and maintenance staff are great. Everyone here is very friendly! The amenities and apartment location is also ideal for my family since everything is only 5 - 15 minutes away. Only downside to this complex, is that since it's a new build apartment, there will be some construction of your unit that still needs fixing. I don't blame the leasing or maintenance staff for this though, I believe it might be the construction builders but it can always get fixed and hopefully in due time while we're still residents here.

The Alma team did a great job of making everybody feel like they're a part of the family. I moved cross-country from Georgia to Nevada and they made my moving process very easy and was very welcoming. They have the southern hospitality that I missed back at home.
