Property Ratings at Aloha Crest
Not only was this apartment disgusting on move-in (stained toilet, moldy windows, broken fence outside) my back door was broken the majority of the year I lived there. Every time maintenance would come fix it, it would break again within a day. The walls were paper thin, I could hear the conversations being held above me and next to me. There was no laundry on site and no amenities. The apartment always smelled and mold accumulated everywhere. Management was impossible to reach and completely unreasonable. They will GUT you on move-out costs and do no upgrades or maintenance on the unit. I moved here because I was desperate, but PLEASE don't do it!!!
Black mold visible in the windows of almost every single unit. Property Management rented unit after Painting over Black mold in Bathroom and every window sill in apt. Maintenence Jobs completed by untrained proffesionals, meaning that the repairs will need repairs. Photograph every repair or risk being charged for "damages." Upon moving out, Landlord was unreachable for 2 months, did not acknowledge Notice of move out and attempted to charge for an additional years worth of rent a YEAR later. On site towing policies resulted in false tows 3 times over the period of one year. Disreputable, Dishonest and cheap. Avoid at all costs, not worth the cost to your quality of life and heatlh.
Maintenance on the property is horrible ! The pool has NEVER been cleaned , there is always litter everywhere. Whenever you need to get a hold of Scott or patsy Nelson , they can never be reached, they have an automated phone system that never answers , and if they do reply it’ll be weeks later. As far as parking, please prepared to get towed for any reason, retriever towing CLEARLY has some contract with this apartment complex that allows vehicles to get towed even if you have a pass, you can ask anyone that lives there. Just save your money and look elsewhere.
Lived here as a teenager with my parents, my brother had an apartment, now I moved back as an adult, been here 9 years. Love my community, they care for me and my neighbors good. I’m not sure what that others persons problem was... some people just like to be mass I guess? Love my home, refereded many friends and family here. Good prices and good homes.
Do not rent at any Nelson Property owned complex. Do your research before renting that was my biggest mistake.. I can sit here and tell you numerous things that are wrong but there are already so many out there that I shouldn't have to. I will say this though... you get what you paid for and don't think that you will ever be using the pool... they never clean it. If you would like proof to how complicated and how difficult this complex is as well as how unorganized and disgusting they are I have all the proof and all the communication with them on my part. P.S. Maintenance is horrible. I wish I could give no stars or even better, NEGATIVE stars.
