Property Ratings at Raymond R Brown Hollow
Anytime you need something done, you’re going to have to wait years before something is done about it. Lived here for 5 years and it’s been miserable. Just moved out and still waiting for my security deposit back and it’s been months. They keep ignoring my phone calls.
central air, free water, sewer and trash, fridge, stove, washer and dryer hookup, lawn maintenance. nice location. close to stores.
The start of the apartments begin after a decently long drive way. Its perfect for parents who want their kids away from busy streets and loud cars. The apartments are full of families big and small, so the atmosphere is wonderful for couples who have or want to start a family. My apartment is a 2 bedroom and it's great for my family. It has a big living room attached to a medium sized dining room. The kitchen is separated from the living room by a partial bar style island. Reasonable size kitchen, roomy enough for 2 adults to make what they want without bumping into each other. The smaller bedroom comes with a big closet, easy access and great window view of woods. The master bedroom has 2 closets. One small, one walk in closet. The bathroom is great, comes with perfect storage space for deodorant and what not. It has a nice laundry room attached off the kitchen as well so no hassle. Last but not least, it comes with a deck made of wood that can easily fit and safely hold 10 people. Perfect size apartments for small families like the one I share with my fiance and daughter.
