Good location, pool is nice, wish hot tub would get fixed one day.

Excellent place to live with great location.. Lots of things to do around the area as well as a good management staff that responds if that responds fast. Overall you can't beat the value for the rent in a unit like this and a location like this. I really enjoyed living here

The location is ok, besides the noise level. Other than that, the prices are ridiculous, and nothing is up to date.

Overall, AM is a fantastic place to live. Unfortunately, it seems they determine rent based on who you are and not the value of the apartment. Rent seems to be determined on favoritism. Many people moving out because of it.

The staff is amazing! They are always happy to help and answer any questions that we have. The manager Jennifer is always on the residents side and happy to help however she can. Her supporting staff is fantastic as well and always very considerate. The maintenance staff is great and they have never had any issues fixing the little things that come up in day to day life for us living in the apartment. I recommend this location and would like to add that I have never had a better experience with an apartment complex before.

I loved living there. The manager and assistant manager are awesome. The maintenance is attentive and quick to fix any problems. Grounds are immaculate. The only reason I moved is to be closer to my parents.

For the most part I love my life here. My apartment is the perfect size for me. The pool and work out area are always maintained and enjoyable ( sometimes for the pool!!)

Alpine Meadows is great. They're professional, lax and its overall very chill. Also, the light in the apartments is wonderful. Great Windows and High Lumen LED's.

They have always taken care of what I need fast and are very nice and friendly.

So far everything has been great! Maintenance is prompt. Everyone is very kind and the complex is clean :)

I have enjoyed living all these years at Alpine Meadows. Thw Management and Staff are courteous and responsive.

Nice community, great staff, amenities are decent, appears clean. I recently contacted management regarding an issue, so we will see how quickly they respond as well as their resolve.

Very impressed with the apartment complex so far. Have only been here two days...and it has been so quiet!

This apartment complex towed my car for a violation that they was not true. When I provided evidence that there was an error they said there was nothing they could do to remove the $250 impounding fee. I was not given notice my car would be towed and I actually thought it was stolen. They are fights in the parking lot regularly and I don’t feel safe when walking my dog at night. Avoid this place if you don’t want to be held hostage.

Friendly and helpful staff. Maintenance is always taken care of in timely manner. Nice up kept grounds. Ive Been living here for a long time and still here!!

Awesome community. Great value. Leasing Office makes living here so fun. This property was one of the first two I looked at during my search. Absolutely pleased I made the right decision to move in here.

Ive only lived here about a month, but we absolutely love our apartment. It was recently renovated and is beautiful. The grounds are clean, and the two times we requested maintenance, they responded immediately and came within 24 hours or less. I also appreciate how quiet the community is.

I absolutely love my little apartment. The location is perfect. I have a great view of the pool and common area. Im lucky enough to have an attached garage.

I have enjoyed living here for the past 2 years. I have had very few problems which makes me happy!

Great place to live, Office Personal are awesome and the maintenance team are awesome!

Alpine was our first home together. Right from the application process they were super helpful and informative. As far as maintenance goes, the grass is mowed regularly, the snow is plowed promptly, and they keep up on the aesthetics of things. I feel its a relatively safe community, weve mistakenly left both the car and front door unlocked over night and nothing happened. The price is a bit high but for the area I feel its well worth it.

Clean quite community. The biggest draw to this place aside from the quality for the money you pay is safety. I feel safe living here and that is the biggest plus for me.

Very clean. Management is very friendly as well as maintenance. Neighbors have all been welcoming.

I have had nothing but positive interactions with the staff at Alpine Meadows apartments. Any issues have been addressed immediately and professionally. When I had noise issues with a neighbor, I was transferred to another unit and I'm extremely happy there. The common areas are beautifully maintained - I love all of the grass and mature trees.

Alpine Meadows cares! Their staff is attentive, responsive and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Alpine Meadows in Sandy Utah is a great place to live. The grounds are very beautiful. It is pet friendly. The neighbors are all very friendly as well. There is a drug store and a 7-11 and a bank and a Big-O tire store and pizza place within walking distance. The mountain views are spectacular. The climate up on the foothill bench is slightly cooler in summers and slightly warmer in winters.

Not only did I shower with cold water for three months during Utah fall/winter but this company does not know what normal living wear and tear means for an apartment. Obviously I lived in the apartment so there were small things that tore like the floor vinyl (my cat, which I paid a deposit for and also pet rent for), among other small things. They are charging me my deposit and some more for the apartment not being returned in PERFECT condition. Oh and they are charging me for a key that I tried to give back, but they won't take the key back and they wont deduct the charge. The customer service here is very poor, it seems like they spent a lot of money on the office for the people who work there, but didn't put money into the apartments, or the amenities. I've lived in several places in the US, and I've never had such a bad experience.

No complaints. The ladies in the office are so nice and friendly. The grounds are generally kept up nicely. However, whoever removed the snow from the sidewalks this year was a horrible driver and he tore up a lot of grass!! I love my cute little apartment and living here.

Good located, easy accesible place

My husband and I have lived at Alpine Meadows since 2015. The office staff has always been pleasant, the gym equipment is updated which offers more options, the grounds are always well taken care of and it is close to everything. I'm five minutes from Walmart, from State Street/9000 S freeway entrance and only about 10 minutes from I-215 off 700 E. Rent for our 2 bed, 2 bath seems fair for the area.

I feel fortunate that I found Alpine Meadows and was able to lease an apartment that fulfilled my needs: as partially handicapped the one level, bottom floor, attached garage is perfect.

If I would have known apartment living would be this nice I would have done it a long time ago.

When I was looking for an apartment, all of the new ones are like a hotel: elevators to get to your room; no yards; not pet friendly. When I drove by Alpine Meadows the landscape and the appearance of the buildings. What appeared to be attached garages and units with NO stairs was the game changer. I fell in love one my first tour with Katherine. I am very happy here.

Alpine Meadows is the best apartment complex I have lived in. Its clean and my apartment is beautiful. The grounds are kept clean and my neighbors are great.

I was expecting more great things from the new owners like motion light in the dog park and the amenities to be more spectacular than they are. The bathrooms and gym have been out of service too long and we should get a rent concession for our inconvenience

In the whole, this is a Lovely place to live. As long as people would clean up after pets.

I love the community and management staff they are like family to me I enjoy being at my complex because it's relaxing and not getto there's kids playing outside and at the pool.

The location is wonderful. That is why I am here. i have been here many years and have original flooring and can't get that changed...that is a little frustrating. Also parcel pending has not worked the last 2 months for me and I still get charged the $10 and have no idea my packages are in the office. It was a much better system when our packages were left at our door. I never had a problem. The staff are wonderful, its just the extra add ons that are making it very expensive to live here.

I've lived here for around 4 years and it has progressively gotten worse and worse. They didn't have maintenance staff for nearly a year. It's more expensive than a lot of places around and they nickel and dime you for everything. You have to pay for parking (10$/month), automatic billpay (3$ min/month), you can't event receive packages without paying for their parcel delivery service (10$/month). The office staff turnover is insanely bad. Do not go here.

BEWARE, They will lure you in and sink their financial talons deep into your wallet. Not only will you not get any of your $300 security deposit back but they will charge you extra for damages that do not exist. I'm talking hundreds of extra dollars! Easy money that you can't dispute! - Be prepared to pay a couple hundred more when you realease, they are hoping that once you're settled in you won't mind the inevitable increase. - You will be charged again on top of your rent for pool, lawn, snow plow, parking etc. - The pool is NEVER open. -shady people walking through the parking lot at night.

These apartments look great and we were really excited when we saw them. what we did not notice was the small details, the inside of the apartment has an awful finishing touches, it seems like the builders did not care if the flooring was not straight, or if the drawers fit right, or if the door was cut too short. the floors creak every time we walk and I feel bad for the people under us. the carpet was not washed before we moved in, i found popcorn kernels and what seemed like gum on the carpet, then they demand almost $900 in moving out fees. they also charge you close to $100 in water, community upkeep, and something else (landscaping, salting which should be included in the rent ). definitely not worth the rent they ask for, I would move into the ones next door they are just being built and look modern and clean.
