I’ve been living at Alta 99th for several months, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! The location is unbeatable—close to major freeways, making commutes a breeze. The amenities are top-notch. I love the fact that the amenities are spread out to where they have their own spacing. I especially love the 24 hour clubhouse. I like the family events that are held on certain days. It's just an overall family community. I feel safe here which is an important part. I wouldn't have it any other way staying here. I love the floor plan of my home. The bathroom is gorgeous and the stairs entering my home just gives a look that hasn't been seen before. I can't wait to see what the year holds staying in my new home

I absolutely love living here!! The staff at the front office is always helpful and friendly with any questions and they all know I'm in there all the time. There was a great move in special when I applied and it made move in beyond worth it!!

This is my wife’s and I first apartment together and we couldn’t have picked a better place. They host events every week. The staff are quick when you need to get in touch with them and they are very understanding. If you need a place to live. Live in Alta 99th!

I've had an amazing experience living here! The pool and clubhouse are fantastic and always well-maintained, making it easy to relax or socialize with friends. The location is super convenient, and everything in the apartment feels brand new and spotless. we have enjoyed living in Alta 99th. It’s a very lovey community to live in with nice amenities including a gym, pool, pickle ball court & space to work on your computer. Our home is spacious with tall ceilings and nice floor plan. I also love being so close to Sprouts, Costco & Fry’s!

i love these apartments, a big upgrade from my last one. They have a pool, gym, they do a lot of events for the residents! another plus compared to my last apartment, the maintenance gets back to you right away! valet trash pick up, washer and dryer. and brand new apartment building, off the freeway, definitely check it out!

I have been living here for over 8 months and I still love this apartment complex. It's quiet, safe, welcomes pets, excellent maintenance, excellent security and fantastic management staffing So if you want a state of the art workout facility, beautiful apartment with washer and dryer, this is the perfect place to live. I’ve had such a great experience living at Alta 99th! The maintenance team is amazing—whenever I put in a request, they’re quick to respond and always fix things right the first time. It’s such a relief knowing I don’t have to wait around for weeks to get something taken care of. The office staff is just as wonderful! We’ve been living here for about 2 months now and my family and I really like it so far staff is really friendly and helpful when needed we hit a few bumps while in the process of being approved but staff was helpful throughout the process. I like how close it is to my daughter’s school and there is so many families that live here too. I like all the amenities the property has to offer and really like that they have a secure mail room for package deliveries. I also like that you can’t see in the apartment through the windows when it’s sunny outside so we’re able to keep our blinds open and still have privacy. I would recommend living here it’s also pet friendly.

It’s a great and wonderful area with a nice, clean and peaceful environment. The management is so nice since I move in to the place among the first renters the transition was smooth from the office. if you’re planning on getting a new place ALTA 99 is the best place to be.

We’ve been living here close to a year and so far it has been a great experience. We like the layout of our apartment. I like that they have family centered amenities so not only can you go swimming but they also have volleyball, a soccer field, pickleball and some games you can play. We’ve gone to the gym a few times and it has always been clean. We love that whenever we take our dogs to the dog park they have a shower station to wash them which makes it really convenient for them to dry off after. We’ve noticed other pet owners are really good about cleaning up pet waste as well. Not only has management been really kind but in our experience our neighbors have been really nice to us as well. We’ve lived places where management hasn’t always been the nicest but we haven’t had that issue thankfully. I feel like they truly do try their best to make everything run smoothly. Jeff especially is always on top of every maintenance order and is very professional. The only downsides that I can think of is there is a rush of traffic on school mornings since it’s right next to the apartments. The front doors sound really loud when people close them (at least our neighbors do but that might not be your experience) and sometimes people speed but management has already addressed that issue and emails were sent out to everyone. As long as you communicate an issue management does try to fix it on there end if they are able to. Ohhh and they have monthly events and a food truck that comes on Tuesdays which is a cool bonus! When our lease is done we definitely want to upgrade to a two bedroom and plan on staying here for a while.

Alt 99 has been great to me and my son with all the help and Care and the thoughtfulness that they given to me through my journey have cancer. The community is wonderful. Tenants are very nice. The employees are very helpful friendly & understanding. Every month there is different events they do for the community love that they are wanting to get everyone together. Rent isnt over priced units are very nice & the employees there self are wonderful. Maintenance stays on top of things as well.

I recently moved into this apartment, and I couldn’t be happier! The space is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with modern finishes and plenty of natural light. The location is ideal—close to public transport, shops, and parks, making it super convenient. The building amenities, like the gym and pool facilities, are top-notch, and the management team is responsive and friendly. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to call home! Highly recommend!

Great place to live. Beautiful apartments with an amazing pool and clubhouse. The gym and the coffee bar are a great things to have 24/7. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The way they plan events to bring the community closer together is something I really like about this place, like taco Tuesday and comedy night for example.

Everything at Alta 99 th is beyond great! From the initial tour to the lease signing was a pleasant experience. The staff in the leasing office were so helpful and willing to do everything I needed through the approval process. I love my apartment and would recommend this property. Very nice, very professional, and welcoming.

I just moved in about 2 months ago & I am loving my apartment! The office team always answers my calls & is very attentive! The maintenance team is also very great, they come in & get the job done !! I love this place!!

I spoke with Destiny and then stopped in for a tour. She was Amazing! Very nice and knowledgeable. I moved in and I have been loving it here. The pool at night looks so relaxing and the monthly events are personable and has been great connecting with staff & neighbors. I love that it’s near the freeway and the stadium. I never leave reviews but just moved into Alta 99th and I’m loving it! My apartment is brand new with open space and a lot of natural light. Everyone is always hanging out at gym or pool; I have met more people living her then I ever have LOL. BUT, I came here to shoutout Shaila and her team, they’re literally the BEST, so sweet and always have the right answers, they just understand people. If you’re looking for a new apartment with great amenities, good neighbors and great staff to back it up, it's Alta 99th!

Staff is super friendly and helpful. The property and amenities are great. The landscaping and common areas are kept very nice. Lastly, there is almost always some kind of event each week which is a great way to bring the community together. Great value for what you get.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, which gave it a really welcoming vibe. The energy there is on point, the apartments are decked out with Bluetooth speaker. Plus, they’ve got a dope gym, a relaxed coffee bar, and a game room that’s perfect for kicking back. It’s in a great location too, not overwhelming. Great atmosphere, Alta 99th definitely delivers.

Alton 99th is an amazing apartment and community. The leasing staff was very professional and very helpful and welcome me with a very friendly attitude.
