This community has been my favorite apartment complex to live at, I feel as though I am on vacation. I worked with Brittany in the leasing office and she was nothing short of fantastic. She was very on top of getting everything I needed to move in and answered all my questions. Very pleased to be a resident here!
The grounds and apartments are well maintained and clean. The events that are held are fantastic and really help bring the community together. Brittany in the front office is very helpful and friendly and made the moving experience very easy.

Well Alta Ashley Park in Newnan not only exceeded, but elevated all 3! I feel like I'm in a New Build Buckhead Condo Community! Gated and Resort style Community. That's all I'm willing to divulge because I WANNA KEEP IT A SECRET! AND THE STAFF! Amelia, Lauren, Sean and Michelle are ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! Knowledgeable, Attention to Detail, Hospitality and Above and Beyond Attitudes are the real Piece dé Resistance! Thanks for such an Outstanding Experience!
I have no complaints about this community. It's well-kept, and I feel safe. The staff is friendly, and the amenities are great.
Moving here has been one of the best decisions we have made. The staff goes above & beyond. Jasmine & Lauren were exceptional at making our move seamless and effortless. The maintenance team is the best ever (we've only had a few minor issues that had to be handled and were corrected within 24 hours or less. The grounds are kept immaculate and it is so peaceful and quiet. If you are looking for a new residence I highly recommend you come and take a serious look here. You won't be disappointed.

In one week i applied, signed the lease and picked up the keys! Very good at communicating and making sure we knew everything and had everything set up the way it needed to be ahead of time!
The community looks nice. You get that you pay for. However, I feel like some things are over priced. My bills are never consistent. I love the hard woods floors, but it creates a lot of noise for people that could be living above you. I do plan to not renew my lease at the end of its term.

Even though I am a new resident in Newnan, Alta Ashley Park is a hidden gem in the city. The complex is fairly new, and your needs can be connected to a one, two, or three-bedroom apartment with professional community members who ensure that the application process is as smooth as possible.
Always a great experience with both the office staff and maintenance. They are always friendly and willing to help with any request.
