Good size 1 beds. Building has solid amenities. Staff is friendly. Building has had some issues with plumbing. They cut a lot of corners building this place.

Good community and ammenities, however move in process was not very easy or flexible and there is not a lot of communication from management.

The main issue with this building is the wait time for the elevators. There are only three elevators (plus one service elevator) serving the entire building of nearly 40 floors. I live about midway up the building and it is pretty common to wait more than 5 minutes to get downstairs, and more than 10 minutes during 'rush hour' times. Other than this, it's a nice building to live in.

Good community. The building staff is really great and helpful. The amenities are very good. The views in the building are great. Subway access is excellent but walking to other nearby areas is a little annoying because of the busy roads surrounding the building.

There is a delay in responses from management; with payment issues or lease issues anything that requires them to fix an issue on their end it’s a delay !

Everyone here is super friendly! Move-in was smooth! Love the front desk staff; they always greet you with a smile, and are so helpful! The dogs are super cute as well.

I love the pool here. The rooms are new and spacious. I live in high floors so the views are good too. One thing that can be improved is the curtains that don't block the sun very well.

Love the amenities here in building. Interior design is thought out to the smallest detail. Concierge service is so helpful and friendly for everyone.

So far so good. Great location, spacious rooms, and friendly management. Some noise from nearby traffic but overall a comfortable and convenient place to live.

I have been here since January 2024 and have loved living here so far. The building has everything I need and the staff is excellent. Couldn’t ask for a better situation!

nice area. subway is next to the building so it can be noisy when you have the window open. front desk staff are nice. however, managament need better communication when it come to leasing.

Moving out next month but this place will be missed. I lived on the upper floors and had a good time. Staff are friendly after u give them a chance and have chats with them. Location is unbeatable and ammenities are good. I think pool hours are ideally extended, and would be nice if some of the gym equipment when broken are fixed a bit quicker (<2 weeks if possible).

Front desk staff always super helpful. Repairs are complete quickly! I love all the amenities the building offers like rooftop terrace and pool.

I’ve really enjoyed living in ALTA the past two years. The building, amenities, and staff have all been great and accommodated me well. Looking forward to continuing to stay here!

Overall the experience has been good. I gave it three stars because there is no vent fan in the bathrooms as well as a window making it very easy for mold to build up.

Condition of the apartment was very poor when we moved in an needed a lot of additional work. There is a lack of quality considering the high rent and that the building is only 5 years old.

Location is superb, the staff are generally friendly. Gym is nice and is 247. Cant beat it. i recommend the pool hours be a bit longer however.

Friendly and helpful staff. The apartment is conveniently located near the subway and restaurants. The management team ensure a smooth moving experience.

Everything is good. Everywhere is clean and well-managed. Also, all the employees are kind and nice. I love the roof top and all amenities.

Overall, had a positive experience with my apartment. Triple pane windows effectively reduce outside noise and retain heat, making it a comfortable living space.

Great team, fantastic amanites and the community is growing. I highly recommend Alta and I look forward to the summer to get back on the roof!

Alta has a great sense of community and I am grateful for the friendships that I have made here. The building gid also located in a safe and clean neighborhood which makes for a convenient lifestyle.

Great place to live. Convenient location to Manhattan, Astoria and Brooklyn. Quickly respond to maintenance requests. Staff always helpful and friendly.

The team here ensures everything is great from package deliveries to living quality. Recently, I had fire alarm problems and it was resolved very fast. Shoutout to the team!

The team at Alta has been incredible. Everyone made my last minute move less stressful! Madison was quick to respond to all my questions prior to the move. Jennifer in management was helpful in accommodating a same-day freight elevator reservation change. Linda at the front desk was so kind and welcoming and made me feel right at home once I arrived. I am so happy to call Alta my new home!

Great staff here - always responsive and professional. I've rarely had to reach out for things, but when I do I get immediate responses, and the issues are fixed quickly.

So far so good. Maintenance requests were addressed quickly, and the building was clean and well-maintained. Minus one star because sometimes not all of the elevators worked and that led to unnecessary delay

I enjoy staying at Alta and calling it home. I like the apartment and amenities and the location of the building as well. I noticed, though, the energy efficiency ratings went down from 90 to around 80. I wonder what happened. Hope the building can do something about this esp as winter is coming and heating need will go up.

The apartment building is very close the subway and with great sunlight exposure. The stuff here are very friendly. The downside is the subway noise is (very) noticeable in the apartment even with window closed.

I have been here since 07/23, truly enjoy to live here. People are pretty nice and friendly and location is really good. It just takes about 10-15 min by bus and train and there are about 5-6 train. It makes me so easy and convenient to get to manhattan.

Decent apartment. A/C is very loud and you can hear train noise but apartment is really nice on the inside and is rent stabilized. Appliances are new and there’s a gas stove.

The amentity center is awesome that it has always been neat and clean. I also appreciate how efficient the management team is at handling affairs.

Building is amazing. Location is amazing (close to N, R, W, E, F, M, 7, G). Cant go wrong with this location for sure. Staff is alright, they get friendly after you are friendly to them. Building facilities are generally kept very clean and useable!

Two major issues with living in this building: 1) the elevators are extremely slow - there are only 4 and far too often, one of them is reserved and another is broken... it is not unusual to wait up to 10 minutes for an elevator to come; 2) I have had an issue with burning hot water randomly out of my bathroom sink for more than half a year now... Maintenance has told me multiple times that they are looking into it, but nothing has changed. I would not recommend this building.

good so far, just moved in and people seem to be active and nice. I like how friendly the doorman was and they showed me around the package room

New kitchen appliances. Close to subway. I particularly like the pool because the water is clean and there are only 1-3 swimmers at a time so it's not crowded. The only downside might be the complicated road & subway lines in front of the building, which can be noisy sometimes.

I feel quality of service from porters/maintenance/doorman have been increasingly improving recently. Not sure if its cuz im getting closer to everybody though but overall i have been enjoying my stay at Alta more and more. Location is unbeatable, and staff has been friendly

Overall good experience so far! Elevator has been slow, but front desk Chris was very helpful. Package pickup with Amazon locker has been really convenient.

Loving the apartment and community overall! The only thing I would say that can be improved upon or done better is that the management team's response. Sometimes we don't get replies or responses quickly enough, and I wish this could be better.

I love living here at Alta. Very convenient location to start with. The amentities are always clean and the repair requests were always considered seriously and responded fast.

Friendly staff, clean building, and great location. Its right in front of queens plaza, so it can be loud, but the convenience is just unbeatable.

The front desk is great so far, people are kind. The mgmt office wasn't that responsive when I moved in, but now haven't contact them, so not sure if it's improved. The gym, pool, common areas are nice. Need to wait a bit for elevator when it's rush hour, hope that can be solved some how

Alta is a very good place and I am really satisfied with living in Alta . Maintenance is so fast and all the staff is very kind. Amenity is very good and well-managed.

Great apartment and community. The apartment is amazing and the common rooms are great as well! Location is awesome too! My friends all love our apartment whenever they come over.
