Update: the repairman had stopped by on the 9th day of the repair request with the maintenance supervisor. No communication. They put in a “temporary fix” that didn’t actually work. Moreso on the appliance repairman for that one. So, we’re at two weeks and back to requesting updates every day or every other day. I firmly believe if we don’t, our dishwasher would go unfixed until we move out. 9 days ago we had submitted a dishwasher repair ticket through the app for maintenance. I’ve checked in with three different leasing agents at least 4 times now. I’m leaving this negative review because the lack of urgency, communication, and lack of care for the tenants. My frustrations is also due to 2 weeks to repair our elevator, package room supposedly being non secure enough to CLOSE IT to where packages needed to be delivered to the front desk for a MONTH. Dried animal urine at the base of one of the stairwells taking forever to be cleaned up. Tomorrow is the 10th day since submitting the ticket for repair, and I plan to exercise my Arizona law given right to call a licensed and insured appliance repair company to fix my dishwasher, deduct the bill (upon submission with remaining rent) from my next rent. We will not be renewing with Icon, and we will recommend to everybody to seek an apartment elsewhere.
Horrible property management. They refuse to answer the phone or emails, somehow they are always closed and no one is at the front desk. Everywhere smells like pee, the hot tub is green, and the carpets have so many stain on them. They don’t keep you updated on discounts from signing a lease. If you don’t talk to them they won’t give you the 2 months free. I’ve had issues with getting my ESA animals on the lease and they refuse to put them on there. I have emailed multiple times and they go unanswered. They even charge you $200 if you have a stain on a cabinet that you can wipe off. Steer clear of any CAL-AM properties unless you want to get screwed over and used.
When I first moved into this apartment complex it was very well maintained and safe. As time has gone by a new company came in and bought out Alta which is now known as Icon at Cooley station. This place has become a nightmare. Maintenance has absolutely gone down the drain. The staff is incredibly rude. The security is nonexistent as they continue to cut costs and charge more. Packages are getting stolen and multiple cars have been getting broken into multiple times. Stay away from this place if you value your money, possessions and safety.
In the heart of the brand new and upcoming Verde Cooley Station district, this apt complex is stunning and in the best neighborhood in Gilbert. Amenities are wonderful, the staff is great and the maintenance team is always on top of keeping the property at top notch condition. My dogs always receive VIP treatment as well!

My fiancé and I moved in last month and couldn’t be happier. Everything is great here from the amenities, staff, close by shopping, and our neighbors! It’s a great community and we talk daily about how thankful we are to be here! Also super dog/pet friendly, they even have water bowls throughout the property for our pets!

Layout and amenities make this a wonderful place to live. Walking distance to shopping and entertainment. Easy access to gym and fresh ground coffee. Secure parcel building and quiet spaces. Excellent and thoughtful staff. Covered parking. Garages and storage closets for those that need extra space. Private exercise rooms and EV charging!

Took a tour of this property a week ago. I was absolutely impressed with the overall attention to detail that was put into this place. The staff, I honestly can’t say enough about. Professional, knew what they were talking about and catered to the needs and wants. Didn’t try to sell me on something I wasn’t looking for. The homes are beautiful. The location is great and I’m moving in soon.

The rendered image doesn't do this place any justice. The apartments feel very large and more like you're living in a house than an apartment. It's got a lot of pretty great amenities. I'm saving a small fortune on coffee because they have a coffee machine. It's pretty solid overall. Nothing really to complain about, though the ceiling is a little thin.
