I love living at Alta Ink. The staff is amazing, the property is well maintained, and all needs are met quickly and precisely.
I do love living here 90% of the time but like with everything there a few thing that should be upgraded.
Management can never resolve any issues. Hallways and elevators are always dirty. Every two months there is a problem with every unit that they take forever to fix. The building was not build properly. The management do not know what they are doing.

I've been happy with the Alta Ink community since move-in. The leasing team is always kind and readily available to assist with any tenant needs and management works hard to uphold guidelines for community safety and cleanliness which I appreciate most. I love the amenities and nightly security team. I've been happy with my apartment and have experienced little to no maintenance issues. I also enjoy the app/portal which makes everything easy to access from my fingertips from paying rent to community activities. I really love Alta Ink!

Location, views, luxury details throughout kitchen and bathroom are all reasons I love my apartment at Alta Ink. I found it very rare to get 1 parking space for free in Hollywood and can appreciate that. Management, leasing, and maintenance staff are extremely helpful and kind I can definitely see myself resigning when my lease is up.

4.5/5 I moved here in August and the price was very reasonable (I got 2 months free) with assigned parking. This building is also brand new with amazing amenities (I love the yoga room). While it is on Hollywood, I feel safe living here as there is security measures taken. The leasing office is nice and the maintenance is resolved extremely quick. The only thing is that packages may get stolen if it’s left in the package room for a few days… other than that no complaints! -Tiffany Hsia

I just moved here back in August and so far we love it here. The leasing agents are very friendly and greet you all the time in the lobby. The manager, Kristine, is also very helpful and understanding with things! All the residents are very friendly and easy to get along with. This is a very pet friendly community and I love seeing all the little dogs around the property! The amenities are very clean, my favorite being the rooftop deck.

Have lived here 9months, and the EV chargers still don’t work. Everyone competes for wall outlets which take forever. Management says they’re in works to get a slew of functioning chargers, but that it’ll still be months until they’re active. Having those chargers was a main factor when deciding to move in. It’s a huge disappointment that management keeps giving us the run around with no tangible solution in sight.

I love it here! The team (Ivan, Christine & Ben) went above and beyond to find me the perfect home for me. The process was super quick and easy. So many places to WFH or chill! Great walkable area! Let’s not forget the maintenance team- those guys are top notch!

DO NOT LEASE HERE IF YOU HAVE ELECTRICAL VEHICLE OR PLANNING BUYING. There is no charging here. I found an out let in the building. The leasing agent Ben unplugged my car twice and didn’t tell me until I confront him with an video recording. He said “I have no responsibility to tell you” and basically told me to eat dirt. As a resident, I would never wanna rent here again. Very rude. They could have emailed me to let me know who did it and why. Instead just done it secretly and give no care to the residents

Location is awesome central to pretty much the whole city. Apartments are brand new super clean and the staff is very helpful and attentive.

I toured at Alta Ink the other day. Apartment shopping isn’t the most fun. This experience was actually pretty amazing. The staff was extremely helpful. The vibe in the office is pleasant which is not typical. The staff showed me around the property. The apartments are spacious and the amenities are great. I can’t wait to move in here.

I’ve been touring a lot of communities lately and this is by far the best. I toured an apartment on the 7th floor and it had the coolest view of Hollywood. Can’t wait to move in!

I just left a tour with Raul and he was very friendly and outgoing! He took his time to give details of the property and what they offer. The place has beautiful amenities and it has the most amazing city view. I was able to take a look at the gym and equipment which was my favorite part of the tour! Nothing is worse than having to drag your laundry to a communal laundry room. These units have their own!! Very nice complex. Great views from the fire pits. Lots to explore in the neighborhood!

Right across the street from an amazing donut shop, and a short walk to downtown Hollywood. Between that and the amenities, I'm extremely pleased with my decision to rent here.
