Alta Mill Apartments

I truly love the apartment complex and I think that the environment is very nice. Very safe community to raise your children. I would sincerely recommend to anyone who is searching for a good neighborhood to live in.

My experience was fine. No issues on my end. All went smoothly. Handled quickly and efficiently and to my satisfaction. Will update if any issues but don't think there will be. So good so far.

I’m all about black excellence so I love most staff look like us! They accommodate our kids after school to hang out safely together in office there’s a playroom. The kids hang out in the park .

I like the structure, the pool, the car wash feature.I even like the color scheme. I like the landscape is, so we can look at the trees. I like it has two laundry rooms, although the one in the back got some dryers not fully working. Our family thinks it’s the best complex around .

When I walked into the office, it was very friendly and pleasant. I am glad to be joining this beautiful community. The walk through was great and I cannot wait to move in.

Great place to be. Very clean and quiet . It’s a great shopping area. It’s a growing community and many businesses opening up. You would know regret it here

I enjoy living here. All the good stores are close to me even fast food / restaurants. Love being on the 3rd floor and watch the sunset in the balcony.

Since the time I moved in, I must say I’ve grown to like this apartment community . The staff at the leasing office have gone to great lengths to assure we feel like a community.

It's been a great 3 years here. I love this community it is bright and open. the apartment is spacious and I can't wait for the pool to open in the summer!

I’ve lived here for some years now and have seen a lot of changes. . Overall my experience has been pretty positive and with some improvement could be better but overall it’s been nice living here at Alta Mill.

I love it here. It's peaceful, convenient to all shopping, restaurants and more, plus maintenance is the bomb quick and fast responding to concerns. Everyone in the leasing office has been amazing. I had a personal situation occur almost a year ago that jeopardized my safety and they got me taken care of easily. Apartments are very spacious. The huge tub and walk in pantry are my favorite.

Happy New Year to all the residents at Alta Mills. The year started off great for me, thanks to the man up above. January is my birthday month, and I make a new years resolutions list for myself this time around. I renewed my lease again, this will be 8 years so far. I am going to enjoy myself, by using all of the great amenities that they offer us here. I am going to the gym, the tennis court yes yes,we are so excited because we found some rackets to play tennis at Good will yes yes we did lol. The beautiful pool, that they keep clean every Monday. We also want to try to fire up one of their barbecue pit this year as well. Yes yes that what am plan on doing enjoying my residency here at the Alta Mills.

The leasing office staff has always been friendly. Neighbors , also been friendly, however..the landscape could use a bit of work by each of the apartment entrances

This place is lovely. It really is one of the best places in Cobb County. Which is why, we have to figure out this roach problem. Pest control fee each month, but they’re not clearing them out. They’re in the vents, in the walls. My husband has spent money sealing up cracks they can come out of. I live in luxury, but these bugs in here makes it embarrassing to bring company in my home.

Isiah was really helpful very kind and very professional I felt very much at home 100% recommend to anyone looking for a new home and they have a elementary school in the next block love it

Great space. Great staff. Plenty of parking . Keep note floors are thin. You Can hear neighbors walk loudly, neighbors beneath complain when our kids play. So if have dogs are kids , try to get bottom units. Roaches are in the walls as well. We've been here two years, can't get rid of them. I give five star despite that because it's best design and scenery I've seen for its price . Just want to give honest opinion to my future neighbors. It is very close to perfect.

Happy holidays to everyone. I was so excited to renewal my lease for the eight time here. I love how spacious my apartment home is. I just love the office staff so much, and how they keep the office community center organized, and so beautiful and smelling wonderful. I love the maintenance team, they are so wonderful and professional. I am truly happy to be living here, it's very quiet and safe.

I was excited to move here because the apartment is very spacious and the one thing I love the most is the kitchen because of the island. The community is quiet and kept up to date.

Comfortable living, quiet & tidy property and very kind helpful staff. I've been here since 2017 and I think new staff is the best by far! I appreciate the outgoing attitudes & willingness to help. The grounds are well kept & safe!

Great experience with staff and maintenance. Very spacious and close to stores. Close to trail walk. The 3 bedroom I have is very affordable and we were so excited to get approved to move in. My kids love it here.

I will be signing my lease again for the fifth time. I really love this place, very spacious and quiet. I love it here because they keep the grounds well kept. We have a wonderful office staff, and they are fast and efficient with takes care of our maintenance needs. All of the maintenance guys are wonderful and very respectful.

Everything has been good. Year 3 for me with Alta Mill and I have no complaints. From the amenities to the apartments itself, everything is wonderful!

Great.. Only have been here for a few months.. But so good so far.. Need some repairs but ill schedule when time permits..The front desk is also always available in any time of need.

Move in was quick and painless thanks to Brad. Place is affordable and quiet. Plenty of parking close by my apartment and the room appears to be well maintained. Garages are also affordable and are also pretty deep unlike some places.

I love my apartment, but the kids in the neighborhood is making it difficult . Parents have to do a better job . I also wished the gates would stay fixed

Love being a resident here. It’s quiet. I have a great view of the pool and the sky. Everything is close by. No need to travel very far. Great staff

Month 3 of being here and its still going great. Maintenance has been a great help to the other apartment units. They also help keep the dumpster keep as possible when changing it out.

Very nice place inside and out. Everyone who visits never wants to leave . Safe place for my teenager to interact with his peers. Great staff. We always participate in their fun giveaways, and I have been lucky/ blessed with all kinds of amazing prizes. Family is here at Alta Mill.

Im happy after renewing my lease, Im able to continue paying a great rate for a 3 bedroom. We moved from California to Austell, GA last year. This is an amazing place to show off to visitors.

My experience has been, a wonderful and blessings one. I have had the joy of living in a spacious apartment, here at Alta Mills. With great amenities, properties grounds always keep up. The pools are always keep clean, the neighbors are wonderful and respectful. Great please to live in Austell Ga.

Everything is good. I love how peaceful the community is, although it can get a little busy traffic towards the afternoon and some people like to wait infront of the gate.

Nice area near schools and shopping. I have a dog so the doggie park work wonders!! A laundry department as well so I can wash after a long day!

This apartment complex is clean and quiet the people that works in the office are friendly and helpful. There’s a playground for the children, and there’s shopping and restaurants nearby

So far I love my apartment community, the staff has been truly amazing and professional during my move in process. The community is always nice and clean.

I love the community I love the area just not fond of the bugs when it gets warmer it can be overwhelming but maintenance helps in a timely manner

Lately, it has been a bit crazy with the gates and it’s something. That needs fixing. Other than that, the experience has been pleasant and every time I call the leasing office, they will answer.

I love Alta Mill. Staff and neighbors are very friendly. A very well located place. Mr. Laboy has the surroundings in optimal conditions and very clean.

Alta mill has a reward program for paying rent on time . We won 4 tickets to the Georgia Aquarium!!!! Our first time going. Never been blessed like this before, especially by a leasing office. It’s really amazing.

I’ve been living here for a year and so far no problems at all. When I request maintenance , they come in quick and fix the problem! Love here so much. Love living on the 3rd floor watching the sunset and leaves falling as season changes .

Wonderful place to stay. The staff is so awesome. The grounds are always kept up. The is clean every Monday for our residents and family members.

So far I am loving it! My only thing is roaches but they do pest control almost every Monday if you request it. Also I would not walk on the grass, I recently encountered a grass snake. It was harmless and was scared like I am. Be careful for those who have pets

Apartments are nice and quiet for the most part. I would prefer updated stainless steel appliances through instead of the all white ones that has the yellow stains.

Been living here for two years now and I love it. everything is kept up well, The amenities are wonderful and clean. The equipment is also kept up with too. I have recommended this community to many people.

The scenery.... to wake up every single morning to it is a blessing. The rate for a 3 bedroom and the space is unbelievable. Alta Mill is ... peace ... families and its blessed. Renewal was easy. My family of 6, get the most in here. I can save money on going out. We have pools and parks. Six Flags10 minutes away. Hibachi 2 minutes away. The trail around the corner... best place to grow our family.

How important is a strong wi-fi connection to you? Do you work from home? They have AT&T 25 which means all you get is 25 mps. It's ancient technology. The reason this complex doesn't have fiber is because they won't pay for it. Nice place, safe, fair rents, but it is so aggravating having your electronics constantly buffering and losing connection.

At Alta Mill, I have Great neighbors! Close to shopping and the Silver Comet walking trail. Maintenance guys are great! Office staff so friendly!
