I’ve had the worst of luck with apartments appearing as something they are not after moving in. Alta Springs has changed this and I enjoy the community as well as the listed amenities always being available. The leasing office is wonderful!!! Everyone is full of joy and very helpful- I never feel like a bother with my silly questions.

Alta Springs has been a wonderful place to live from the first day I talked to Denise at the leasing office! Everyone is courteous and professional, maintenance is attentive as is security, and honestly it’s just gorgeous. I love the high ceilings and spacious floor plan of my two bedroom apartment, I’ve never felt so at home before!

So far, my family and I have been here for two weeks. I absolutely love this place! The location of the property is fantastic! The ladies at the leasing office made my family feel like we've been living here for years! The pool is fantastic, the apartment itself is huge with plenty of space for our belongings, and the icing on the cake is the secure entry points to my building. My family has decided that we're staying as long as we possibly can. If you're looking for a nice community with great neighbors and a very respectable office staff, stop looking and apply here!!
Good place overall. Nothing is perfect but this being our fourth place in 16 years I have to say, so far it has being the best.

Alta Springs is a GREAT place to live. I love my apartment. I have become friends with most neighbors on my floor and they are great! The leasing office staff, Denise and Maggie are amazing, They are very professional and really care about the residents. Maintenance team (Justin) is awesome, if you have an issue it is taken care of quickly and professionally. I love Alta Springs :-)

Only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the office staff is nice and helpful. The management company and property are horrible! They let anyone move in to their apartments and they end up trashing all the facilities. There's a ton of theft and vandalism. They gouge you in utilities, and I've not had hot water twice in the last month! Don't move in to any Greystar property. You will regret it.

We’ve lived here since 2020 and this place has noticeably gone downhill since towards the end of 2021. The property staff must get rotated every few months as no one is here long enough; maintenance staff is a joke as it takes them MONTHS to get one task done, none are qualified to change a light bulb let alone know how to manage any kind of upkeep on the property; there aren’t enough staff or maintenance to help with much and none live on site, so if you have an emergency, you’ll have to wait at least an hour before any one can help (it’s even worse after hours and weekends as maintenance only work M-F); people have had their cars broken into and stolen (even when parked in the garages here) with the property stating they’re not responsible for that; no security on the property at all; they will shut the water off in the buildings without giving you any notice or communication (especially when the office is closed due to having to attend the Greystar Awards ceremony); along with no communication about anything happening in the buildings or in the community; there are droves of homeless individuals living around the property; people doing drugs in the garages who don’t live here or are homeless; murders, assaults, and fights happening at the sister properties across the street and in the streets at night; trash chutes are always clogged and smell as if someone died. This place isn’t worth it.

I have lived at Alta Springs going on six years now and I think it is very nice complex just outside the Denver metro area. The staff and maintenance people are absolutely wonderful. The apartments are large And up-to-date and still affordable in this time. I would like to continue to stay at Alta Springs they’ve been good to me.

I moved in a few weeks ago and absolutely love the community so far, and have gotten a lot of compliments on how much better it is than my last place. There was a small delay in my move-in date so they could improve the unit, and also confusion around the apartment availability after I signed the lease--but that was eventually resolved. The team is very friendly and the unit is perfect for what I need and looked great at move-in - worth the wait!

Very sad, lovely community and love my apartment but once out the door, all that changes. In addition too many residents that disregard their neighbors. Security very poor, too many cars stolen or damaged. Neighbors Loud, gun shots, and more!!

I started my lease pleased, regardless of some issues with some appliances when I moved in. However, almost every month my AC breaks down and they have taken between 3-10 days to fix it. Going 10 days with no AC while it’s in the 90s outside is not very pleasant. Cooking at home has become almost impossible because the temperature won’t grow below 80 when I do cook dinner and I cannot afford to just go pick up food and eat at restaurants for 10 days in a row. I still don’t know when my AC is going to be fully fixed. I hope I’m the only one with this issue and not my neighbors because it’s miserable and nobody deserves this.
