With a population of about 101,000, Las Cruces is the largest city in southern New Mexico -- but it doesn't feel that way. Las Cruces is a college town -- it is the location of New Mexico State University, the only land-grant university in the state. It is also the location of the White Sands Missile Range. Previous Resident
I lived there with my small family and we were California transplants. We enjoyed our few years living in the apartments, nice and quiet, very clean. I love that management took care of any problems that we had right away, which were rare. The monthly inspections were a pain but I get it.... it is for the best interest of the apartments to keep up with cost or cost prevention. It works I recommend Alta Tierra and Lillian is a wonderful Manager.
