Alta West Morehead has been an excellent home for the past year. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they (and the other residents) take time to get to know you. There are plenty of events on and off site, and the pool area, grill, hammocks, and lobby are all well kept and enjoyable to use. I would highly recommend!

Way quieter than south end without the loss of the location

Living here feels like living at a resort! But it’s so unbelievably quiet and all the other tenants are so respectful. The layout is beautiful and the apartments are so nice! I also love that there’s plenty of parking for guests. Highly recommend!

There is no apparent’s in Charlotte for this price, that’s this nice, has this amazing staff, and a quiet building. The amenities and resort like pool is incredible. And the secure parking and elevator is a must. The location can’t be beat and we’re so happy to be here. Top notch quality.

Alta West Morehead is my first apartment! I was so nervous to apply but Mel and Alicia were so helpful throughout the entire process and they feel like family whenever I see them! Facilities are fantastic, I love relaxing by the pool in the evenings!

I knew the moment I walked in and went on a tour this spot was for me! The staff is so friendly and excellent. The place is huge and super updated. It’s close enough to town and restaurants but not too much in the hustle and bustle. I love the rent prices and they even gave me two months free during their summer promotion time period :)

I have really enjoyed my time at Alta West Morehead! I love the clean and new feel of the entire building especially my unit’s bright light, slick-looking appliances, and nice bathrooms. The community amenities are super awesome and always functional— pool, fitness center, grill/bonfire, and bike storage are what I use the most. Super convenient location close to the highway and cute places within walking distance.

There are many great things that I could go on and on about but to be specific and Pick just one it would be the incredible, friendly and responsive staff. Every single interaction that we’ve had with them has made us feel like we are their priority and I truly have never met a better team.

Alta West Morehead has been everything I’ve wanted and more. It’s a super quiet and clean complex. I have yet to have or find anything to complain about.

Living at Alta West Morehead is living luxuriously while in a down to earth community.

Everything has been phenomenal. The only issue we are currently facing is getting our ethernet ports hooked up, but aside from that everything has been great.

Alta West Morehead has been such a wonderful experience! I cannot recommend this complex enough. It is exactly as pictured and has amazing amenities. The staff is very friendly, and really seems to care about everyone. Everything is always very clean and they take great care of the building. I feel very safe here, and maintenance is great at fulfilling any request that I have in a timely manner.

Alta west is an amazing apartment complex, the staff are truly amazing and make this place what it is. They listen, they are thoughtful, and they are quick to act. Honestly, they all deserve a raise.

My fiancé and I had the best experience touring with Mel! She made the process seamless, fun, and answered all of our questions. I have never walked out of an apartment tour loving every single aspect that they had to offer until visiting here. We applied the night of our tour and cannot wait until we hopefully get to call this wonderful place our new home!!! If I can give them more than 5 stars I would!

With stylish finishes and high-quality appliances, they offer a truly luxurious living experience. The attention to detail and use of premium materials create an elegant and inviting atmosphere. I can’t wait to see the property again once it’s fully developed!

This place is fantastic! It's brand new which is great to be the first people in our unit. The amenities options are good and the unit itself is bright and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is also amazing and the brewery across the street is also very good & convenient! Great option to live if looking in the Charlotte area!

I've always loved the idea of living somewhere first! This complex is brand new and doesn't skimp on amenities. The units are gorgeous and the 15 foot ceilings on the first floor really make it feel like a home. The staff here was so amazing. They really listened to our needs and helped us pick out the perfect layout for us. In addition, even under construction the property is gorgeous!

I have lived in the, newly coined "FreeMore West" neighborhood for several years. I've enjoyed it so much that when it was time to look for a bigger place, I decided to look around before renewing at my current apartment. I'll get to how our ideal floor plan made my partner literally "gasp" in amazement. However, it was our overall experience that we applied the same day! Kay immediately took action when we walked in without an appointment. I was extremely impressed that before rushing us through or making the incoming appointment wait, she called to check their ETA so she could accommodate all parties accordingly. She listened to what we wanted, showed us all the floor plans we wanted to see, informative and excited (in an authentic manner) and even went above and beyond to show us small details. I felt like a real person was touring us and not a salesperson. Now. The apartment floor plans we saw blew away all the others we have seen in the whole 28208 zip code. The location, the staff, the floor plan options and the amenities checked all of our boxes and then some. Application still pending but we have all of our fingers crossed that we will be calling it home soon enough!

I think the property manager and staff is what make this place so nice! Everyone is so nice and pleasant. The apartment is so nice too, I’m really enjoying it all so far! Cant wait for the amenities to open!

My friend just moved into Alta West earlier this month and it’s such a nice apartment! I’m obsessed with the color of the cabinets and the layout. Everything is so nice and clean and open. If i wasn’t moving into another Alta apartment, I would move here!

We just moved into our two bedroom apartment on Monday and are absolutely thrilled with the complex. Alicia has been great to work with and the complex is incredibly clean and in a great area.

Visited this property almost a month ago and fell in love! The units are beautiful and the location is great. They are still in the process of building but so far everything looks great! Alicia was great as well! Really enjoyed my tour. Can’t wait to make this my home as I transition to Charlotte!
