A major suburb of Austin, Cedar Park gets you right into the area without having to live in the big city. If you like peace and quiet but don't want to live all the way out in the woods, then Cedar Park is the place to be. It's nice living so close to one of the biggest music cities in America, but you don't even need to leave Cedar Park to take in a great concert. If you want entertainment, check out the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park. The center plays host to everything from monster truck shows to country and hip hop concerts. Cedar Park is only about 16 miles from Downtown Austin, making this an ideal location for commuters. Cedar Park is considered one of the fastest-growing cities in the country.
Cedar Park's claim to fame (besides the H-E-B Center) is the Heritage Oak Tree, a 400-year-old live oak that stands 57 feet tall and is 80 feet around. This massive tree is decorated during the holiday season with over 30,000 lights.

Property Ratings at Bridge at Arella Lakeline
Live here if you want to use expletives, have high blood pressure, and argue with management. They do not understand what "normal wear and tear is" you can submit a maintenance request over 20 times for them to fix something, and they "wont have it in the budget," but when you've been submitting that request for over 1.5 years, they've had an opportunity to find it in the budget. I could not recommend leasing here less if I could. The people who run the place, don't know their head from a hole in the ground, and this is me churching it up. Also, incredibly unprofessional, they dont have invoices, they have screenshots and paper receipts. In my experience, that tends to be shady. Havent replaced any lightbulbs since this management company took over, making the walking environment very dark, and concerning. They tell you they will have amenities, like a lovely clean pool, and then they take away the pool chairs, make sure the gates dont work, drain the hot tub, and then when you are able to go, there is a tied up contraceptive in the pool.
I lived at Arella Lakeline Apartments from April 2022 to July 2024 and had previously recommended the community to colleagues and friends. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the new management has been extremely disappointing. Despite referring a friend in January, I have yet to receive the promised referral bonus. Despite repeated requests, the current management has been unresponsive. Moreover, the community has experienced a significant increase in theft incidents, particularly targeting Indian residents. This alarming trend contributed to our decision to move. I was satisfied with the previous management team, but the current leadership has failed to maintain the same level of service and security.
Not a safe place to live, lot of robbery incidents happening into the community and management do not care about it at all. Another issue is the management staff, they are so rude and just simply ignores the maintenance complaints.
I recently had the misfortune of dealing with the worst apartment management I've ever encountered. Not only did they fail to meet even the most basic expectations of a property management company, but they also completely disregarded their promise of providing referral bonuses. It was an utterly disappointing and frustrating experience. First and foremost, communication with the management team was an absolute nightmare. They were unresponsive and indifferent to tenants' concerns and inquiries. It's as if they were intentionally avoiding their responsibilities. Now, let's talk about the so-called "referral bonuses" that were supposedly offered. This was one of the main factors that attracted me to this apartment complex initially. They advertised generous referral incentives as a way to reward tenants for bringing in new residents. However, when my friend successfully referred a me to the apartment, I was shocked to find out that the management conveniently "forgot" about the promised bonus. Repeated attempts to remind them were met with empty promises and excuses. It's not just the broken promise that bothered me; it's the lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by the apartment management. If they are unable to fulfill their own advertised incentives, it raises serious questions about their integrity and the trustworthiness of any promises they make. To make matters worse, the management team showed no interest in improving the addressing residents' concerns. It felt as if they were operating with complete apathy towards the well-being of the tenants. It's disheartening to see such a lack of care and professionalism from a company that should prioritize the needs and satisfaction of its residents. In conclusion, my experience with this apartment management has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their failure to provide promised referral bonuses, combined with their abysmal communication and neglectful attitude towards resident concerns, solidifies their status as the worst apartment management I have ever dealt with. Save yourself the headache and frustration, and steer clear of this place. There are undoubtedly better-managed apartments out there that actually value their tenants and fulfill their commitments. I am compelled to share my extremely negative experience with the leasing office at Arella Lakeline. The staff members have proven themselves to be deceitful and untrustworthy, specifically when it comes to the referral bonus and rental payments. First and foremost, they promised a referral bonus for bringing in new tenants, but when it came time to receive it, they conveniently "lost" the necessary paperwork and demanded excessive proof of the referral. It was clear that they were intentionally trying to avoid paying the bonus they had promised. This deceptive behavior is utterly unacceptable and shows a complete lack of integrity on the part of the leasing Do not be fooled by their false promises or fall victim to their unethical behavior. Seek a reputable apartment community where honesty and professionalism are valued instead.

Don't live here. Not enough room for all of it, so I'll focus on their RIDICULOUS PARKING POLICY. It's new, and residents are being screwed. The registration process is tedious and subject to system errors. The visitor parking policy is intrusive and limiting. Must register every visitor. Daughter on break from college? Friends drop by to say hello? Gotta register them..EVERY....DAY. A tow company prowls around late at night to tow "violators" -- $250 a pop. My car was towed twice in the last month. First time, I forgot to register the loaner I got when mine went into the shop. That was an expensive oversight. After that, I became much more vigilant. I followed their tedious process to register a rental vehicle. I took extreme steps to ensure that it wouldn't be towed. I communicated at length with the office. Several back and forth emails. For example, ensuring I wouldn't be towed because I didn't have a sticker on the rental, etc. Thought I was covered. But this morning, my car was towed again. I honestly had no idea why. I went to the office, expecting some relief by reminding them of the steps I had taken to ENSURE it didn't happen again. Turns out I was in a no-parking zone. There are no signs, and I have never once received any kind of warning or any communication from management that they weren't valid parking spaces. And even since I registered the rental, I've parked there whenever I needed a spot. I'm not alone. Along with other residents -- I've parked there without giving it a second thought for 2 and a half years. Of course if I had known they weren't valid spots, I wouldn't park there. The spot is in front of my apartment balcony, and it takes up the equivalent of 3 parking spaces...spaces that are badly needed to accommodate all the residents. But that's beside the point. The area has faded diagonal lines across it. This is why I was towed. There are no signs. Never have I been given a warning for parking there. When I told her we all park there, she said "yeah, and you're all being towed now", as though we deserved punishment. She said "you can't park in diagonal lines", without listening to a word I said. Come on! Treat your residents with a little respect! You have our information. Before towing, give us a warning. PUT UP A SIGN!!!

They charge you for rent then everything else is extra including utilities and water and garbage and cable and key fobs to get in the gate and workout room and parking anywhere close to your apartment. Then they tow your car from unmarked spots and charge huge late fees after 3 days l and make you bring your rent via cashiers check. The tenant is not the customer, but just a mark that they are trying to suck every last penny out of. Plus the apartments are small for the price. Don’t rent here. Not worth it.

So I have lived here for 4 months now and we love it. This is the best property in the area. The office people are really helpful. Lisa helped us through our move in and it was so smooth. The couple of work orders we had were done same day, I mean I've never had that happen. The amenities are awesome and they throw a great brunch. The gates have been down but that always happened at my last place too.

Altis is a gorgeous, fabulous community with an amazing staff! When I first viewed the property and all of its many amenities, Hunter was the man to show me around! Not only was he thorough in answering all of my questions, but he even answered those I didn't even know I had. I was moving from a 3200 sq ft home and was a little nervous moving into an apartment since my last experience had been in college, and we all know how that was, lol! After viewing a few other nearby properties, it was an obvious choice. Altis would be my new home! The amenities are vast the staff is caring and genuine and the property is exceptional. Upon move in i was surprised to find a variety of treats to make my transition into my new home seamless, such as; toilet paper,(very smart) paper towels, snack bars, popcorn, candy, cokes, bottled water, and a Digiorno pizza in the freezer. Yep, you read that right! As I said, I am new to apartment living, but come on. REALLY?!?! Wondering how the staff will respond to your needs regarding an issue? Let me tell you my experience. My fridge/freezer combo ( all appliances have a beautiful stainless finish) wasn't cooling. I let Lauren, the Assistant Manager ( complete sweetheart) know about the issue and within hours the unit was replaced. WITHIN HOURS! This staff goes the extra mile. They replaced everything that was in the fridge. including the cokes and waters we had already consumed during the initial move in! As a competitive bikini bodybuilder I cant tell you how thrilled I was I still had a pizza in my freezer for cheat day!! I could continue on about the staff. I know all of them by name. Including head maintenance man Ted and his cohort Darren. I haven't even had a maintenance issue that required interaction with either of them. Everyone is really just that friendly. I highly recommend Altis. I would call no other place home. It is truly resort style living as you can see from the photos and read from the amenities list, but the staff is sometimes more important. And, they have all been very impactful for me.
