I have been living in this complex for about 7 weeks now. I love it here. It has a cozy, small city vibe, which is nice. I was a bit concerned with living so far south in Vegas, but I have come to find out it doesn't take long to get anywhere in Vegas from here. The property is beautiful and I love my apartment...it overlooks the beautiful pool which is a nice perk. Adriana and Pashshawn are WONDERFUL! Always willing to help out and super friendly. I have only had to use maintenance once for a small issue after move in and he was super fast and efficient. So glad I chose this property!

I’ve been living in this apartment building for quite some time now, and I have to say, the team here is absolutely fantastic, especially Pashshawn, Adrianna, & Cody! When I first considered leaving my home state of California, I had my reservations and worries about making such a big move. However, the responsiveness and professionalism of the staff quickly put my mind at ease. They are always just a call or message away, ready to assist with any questions or issues I might have, which has made settling in so much smoother. One of the standout features of living here is the sense of community fostered by the team. The fun pet events they organize are not only enjoyable, but they also allow residents to connect and bond over our furry friends. It’s heartwarming to see how much effort they put into creating a welcoming atmosphere for both pets and their owners. The location is another major plus. It’s incredibly walkable, which encourages me to explore the vibrant neighborhood. Whether I’m grabbing coffee at a local café or taking a leisurely stroll through nearby parks, I appreciate how convenient everything is. Additionally, the gym in the building is always clean and well-maintained, making it easy to stick to my fitness routine. All these factors combined have truly enhanced my living experience here. I recently moved into Alton at Southern Highlands and wanted to share my experience in making that decision. Southern Highlands is an incredible community that offers a cozy, small-town vibe within the bustling city of Las Vegas. The convenient freeway access makes it a breeze to get anywhere in the city quickly. One day, I spontaneously visited Alton and decided to take a tour. Adrianna, one of the leasing agents, graciously allowed me and my family to join an already scheduled tour. I can confidently say that Adrianna is one of the best leasing agents I’ve worked with. She even gave us a sneak peek at the exact unit we were interested in, which was a gesture I truly appreciated. The community is wonderfully peaceful, which is perfect if you’re looking for a tranquil living environment. One feature that stood out to me personally is the business center/office space. The option to rent office space isn’t something you come across often, and as someone who works from home, I found this to be a fantastic perk! Overall, Alton is a great property with excellent amenities, especially the pool. I highly recommend stopping by to meet Adrianna and take a tour of the property!

I was moving from out of state, and was looking for a great place in a nice part of town. The staff at Alton Southern Highlands was super helpful during my tour, and showed me several units. They also were extremely friendly and patient when I called a few times with questions. My move in experience was great also. Adrianna did a walk through with me once I arrived, and provided me a great move-in package for setting services like internet. She also gave me helpful tips about the places that are close to the complex like grocery stores and restaurants (since I was new to the city). All in all, I am extremely happy with this community, in large part due to the staff here. -Bryan

I came I little too early for my tour but Adrianna was great, she answered my million questions and love place. Walking right in my son called it "a happy place." I definitely love the club house and "the secret" not so secret anymore room is my favorite room. Definitely gives you a hotel living vibes and it's about 2 years old. Fairly new with great decor and I love the grand piano. While taking the tour and visiting the models you can definitely feel it has a very good insulation it's very quiet. It smells good and you can't hear your neighbors while walking down the halls, or above and under. Love the gym and it really feels clean, it also smells good and I believe it's a non smoking community, which is a plus.

Moving into my new apartment was a fantastic experience from start to finish! Adrianna from the leasing team was incredibly welcoming, greeting me with enthusiasm and making sure every detail was perfect. The apartment itself and community are amazing as well. I recently toured Alton Southern Highlands and it was SUCH an amazing location. It is in a quiet spot (which was high on my priorities list). I found the property to be clean and modern, with many amenities that I would actually use. I particularly loved all the open and office areas for those of us who work from home. I have to give a shout-out to Adrianna. She was busy the day I toured but was so upbeat and personable during the tour, calling me even after hours to figure out ways to help with my application. Sadly, due to the system, it took several days to hear back and in the meantime, I found another spot that approved me and allowed me to move in within a day. I think anyone who applies and moves in here will feel more than lucky!

Not only is the unit I moved into beautiful and modern, but the amenities and staff here make me feel so well taken care of. Cody on the maintenance staff has gone out of his way on multiple occasions to help out with tasks around my apartment or assisted me in moving larger items. Dara and Anthony from the front desk are always so helpful and personable when it comes to keeping me up to date on deliveries and other matters while I travel and tend to my busy work schedule. I am so happy I chose this building and their amazing staff! 10/10

So the employees are great- even if some of them give incorrect information, lol. They are the best part of the apartments. However- there are some considerations you need to decide if they are worth it to you. First, they use the god-awful Valet living for trash. It is disgusting. People's trash stays in the hallways all times of day and night. There is no pick up on weekends or holidays, when you would probably need it the most. I am sure the trash piled in the halls attract critters. Just gross. Plus, you pay over a dollar a day, if you use it every day, for this service. You pay for it even if you don't set trash out. Next, get an apartment near the elevator. I thought I would like to be near the stairs and away from the elevator. BUT-you cannot enter the building via the stairs, which means walking down the longest hallway I have ever seen. Bringing up groceries is a nightmare. I had the pleasure of living below the Stomper family. It felt like they were going to come through the ceiling. I don't know what they were doing up there 24/7- maybe playing tackle football or some bowling? Don't expect your security deposit back. They keep a cleaning fee of $185, and then tack on fees to add up to the security deposit. I cleaned the apartment before I left- and left it immaculate- but still was charged $250 in total. Just be aware that is their policy. Lastly- the smell of pot is everywhere. Day or night walking around the complex the smell was overwhelming. I understand it is legal- just be aware.

5star living apartments and staff helps in every possible way when asked for things. Ground's are amazing , gym all clean and have many BBQ ‘s to enjoy on the property.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The amenities here are great!!! It’s a quiet neighborhood and the staff are extremely friendly.

The fitness center is well equipped, with great equipment that’s up to date, the pool and hot tub is top tier great for my muscles! All in all the community is well maintained and in a great location.

Everyone is friendly and professional that works Here at Southern Highlands. I feel like I can Always count on the maintenance and repair Men to fix and or repair anything. The apartment is new so nit much needs repair but when something does they act quickly to handle my concern. I would definitely recommend anyone to live here.
Once I came here I was in love. Great community and fantastic space. Huge shout out to my man Anthony for helping me make a comfortable, no pressure deal/home.
Seriously the best apartments! Sara, Dara and Anthony go above and beyond. In addition to them, maintenance is the best! They are so kind and respectful of our home.

All Pros!! Beautiful clubhouse with cool amenities. My favorites is the speakeasy. The office team is always helpful and the community is clean and quiet. I was hesitant moving from the northern area but I highly recommend. Well worth the drive!
There is plenty of amenities and they are clean and kept up with. The team in the office is also very understanding, patient and kind to future and current residents. Alta Southern Highlands is awesome!!

Alta Southern Highlands makes me feel safe and secure. They have security plus you must have key fob or codes to go through every door.

I have lived here with my partner for about 1.5 months. We just moved to Las Vegas and we love Alta. The apartment, the facilities, the staff, the views, etc. It is very clean and it is very safe. I love that it is gated and the community is so safe. I also never hear my neighbors up stairs or next door. It's quite peaceful.
Alta Southern Highlands could be a great place to live. The staff are wonderful and very attentive. Maintenance are very responsive and very courteous. The building and layout of my apartment at least is very beautiful ( I haven't seen the other ones). However, the noise level and people smoking is unbearable. This really can disturb the renters right to live in peace and enjoy their beautiful apartment. It's sad that the builders did not take into account to fully insulate the ceilings and floors of each of the apartment. Also, insulate from smoke because the smokers in this building are in full force. I have had to open my windows and sliding doors during the winter which kept me very cold and even that did not help. The smell of the smoke has forced me to stay at my mom's house for weeks or go away for 3 weeks straight. Very annoying.
Excellent location, quality living and insulation from other apartments is above normal. Very secured and gates are working all the time. Staff and management are above par. Excellent.
Alta Southern Highlands is a great community so far. The culture of the property is very nice and friendly. Management is the best ever and really makes the tenants feel welcome.
