Property Ratings at Altura at Perdido Key
No insulation, poorly built. You will hear your upstairs and downstairs neighbors through the ceiling and floors. The ceilings crack and snap with every footstep. Also all military or old people, so the noise starts at the crack of dawn. You can hear parking lot conversations 3 stories up inside your unit. Floor plans don't allow any normal sized furniture to fit properly. Avoid any units with backyards unless you enjoy hearing dogs. Just as many dogs as tenants at this property. Amenities always broken. Internet not strong enough to stream TV or work remotely.

This property is absolutely gorgeous! My tour guide Jocelyn was fantastic! Very personable and knowledgeable. The finishes in the kitchens and bathrooms were really pretty and spacious, it felt really comfortable to be in on the tour. Closet space was good, the balcony is my favorite part.

Altura is a fantastic place to be close by the beach! Robin and Cara are wonderful and very easy going. Cara was incredibly helpful, transparent and efficient throughout the entire process. I had the pleasure of touring Altura with Jocelyn. The property looks amazing, the grounds were well kept and the amenities were top tier. All of the units were sizable and modern. I highly recommend living here.

The Altura community is very inviting. The apartments are very modern. The kitchens have a large island and a lot of storage space. I love the quartz countertops. The friendly staff makes you feel like part of a family.
Hands down the nicest apartment complex in the area- I’d dare to say in all Pensacola. Beautiful new complex with amenities to come. Not only is the complex and apartments gorgeous but the staff is kind and helpful ! Real home town feeling..
