Very high rents, higher with Utility bills increasing every month. Read the lease very carefully. You will pay increasing utility bills because your neighbors have too many guests that are not on the lease and too many large pets.
Management set up appointment for a tour and no-showed. When we arrived on time, they ignored all of my calls, made us wait for 30+ mins, and ignored my email after. If I could rate less than a 1 star, I'd be more than ecstatic. This is a huge red flag!
We recently moved to California from the East Coast. We wanted a new facility with quality construction and high end appointments. We looked around the San Jose/Campbell/Los Gatos area and felt that Alvin's Corner was the right location. We have lived in our unit for a few weeks and are certainly happy with the decision. Our unit is quiet - we don't hear our neighbors at all - it's close to all major shopping and the location to major highways a plus. The staff is wonderful, and immediately responds to any call. For us, given all the options in this area, we are extremely happy with the decision to move here.

I love Alvin's Corner. You can not beat the location. I can walk to everything and my commute to work is only 20 minutes. The manager seems to take care of everything very quickly. It is nice having the more intimate quarters and knowing your neighbors
