Alvista 240 has the best staff and residents. It is a clean, quiet and safe community. The matinence staff are absolutely the best. Any time I needed anything fixed it was done fast and professionally. All the staff here are very kind and caring. They all work to make you love your home
I love living here at Alvista 240, everyone is very that works here has always been kind and helpful. It's clean, security patrols 24/7, the staff are always friendly and willing to help me with everything I've needed

This is a great place to live, so much effort is put into meeting the individual needs of every resident. Its easy to see that the quality of life of the residents is important to the people that work here.
Maintenance staffs are doing their excellent jobs. They have gotten their work orders completed in time mannerly. I would recommend anyone check in with Alvista240.

We had a bad experience from the beginning. Day one our water didn't work and our car got towed, there was a hole in the garbage disposal the size of a dime and doors on the closets were loud or broken ( and still are after putting in maint. requests). The cabinets were haphazardly installed, the insides are bare corkboard and are unpainted. The outside of the cabinets are worn and neglected by previous tenants. The appliance are great. Either they were new or were taken care of. However, the neighbors are loud above, below and to the sides. If someone isn't pounding on the walls, they are sitting in the parking lot blaring the horn. Our packages are stolen on a regular basis, we don't have a mailbox because someone broke ours. So, we got a PO Box at the local office. We still have issues getting our mail. No word on when it will get repaired. Just found out that the bathroom sink plumbing is bad, it's been leaking for the last 8 months, so I will have to file a maintenance request. The best thing about our apartment is the fireplace. It's great.
Alvista 240 has been my oasis in these chaotic times. The grounds are beautiful and well kempt. My apartment is spacious full of little details that I love, especially that it's not painted white and the modern floors.

I have lived here for over 3 years (i think) now and i love my home. The staff is amazing here. I have no issues living here. I believe we all have seen increase of homeless people around. The property hired a security company to help with that. and it has made a change for the best here.

Absolutely helpful with the move in process and paperwork especially since I needed to move in ASAP. The manager did most of it for me since I had to work 6 days out of the week but needed a place to live for me and my child. I'm so great ful she stayed on top of things for me including the dealing with housing authorities and got me in immediately. I am so thankful and grateful and expect nothing less than being happy while living here. Thank you.
