Exelente maintenance service. The office takes our complains seriously and fix problems fast. The management maintain are surrounding clean. The maintenance bands are very courteous knowledgeable and fix our problems most likely the same day. I would not live anywhere else . Thank you.

Just moved in and i love it here its quiet and the complex is big and beautiful the amenities are in great condition i love the neighborhood its a great place to raise your family in ....the front office people are amazing and so polite its a great place to be .

Not Smoke-Free
Lease agreement claims smoke-free apartments but not enforced. Rampant smoking inside apartments and on patios causing secondhand and thirdhand smoke. Cigarettes littered outside. Leasing office put out notices but will not enforce further. Cannot safely recommend for nonsmokers. Otherwise, nice amenities and people are pretty nice too.

Overall with this being my Family’s first time renting. This is a great experience, the neighborhood is so beautiful, and peaceful. The request are followed up in a timely manner, and they try there best to make sure everyone is happy living here.

Living here for 5 years, need I say more!?!? Management and front office has several new faces and I believe they may be responsible for the recent grounds maintenance, many lights out side replaced and upgraded, as well as organizing neighborhood gatherings at the front office.

Nice community, as a second year resident, these apartments are located around almost anything you may need, a new pool area has been built and many fun activities put together by the office for everyone to enjoy. They’re willing to help at anytime and are always very nice. The community is kid friendly, with a playground on property, but at night you’ll sleep like a baby yourself.

Andrew and Connie, have been spectacular assisting my family and relocation to Florida! The community has been welcoming and supportive. There was an issue with the toilet in the apartment, the day before we moved in, maintenance fixed it promptly.

Great community, good area, and newly improved amenities. You’re a quick drive away from any store you need or if you just need a quick bite, pool currently being renovated but excited to see the finished result, and great community, especially for those with kids as there’s a play ground and soccer field. This is my 2nd year here and everyone has been super helpful, friendly, reliable and fast with any issue that may have arisen.
