Amalfi at Tuscan Lakes

Nice location near walkable neighborhoods. Staff is friendly. Good value for the rent. Apartments and ammenities are in good condition. Parking is a little crowded at night but I have always been able to find a spot.

Love living here. Going on two years now and have no complaints. Its quite, staff is nice, maintenance is timely. I love being close to work.

I really enjoy living here, the apartments are beautiful, the price is affordable and the staff are the kindest people you can ever meet. The only issue I have is my appliances are old, I'm not complaining just saying....

Amalfi has been progressively going downhill since the new management company took over. They are running off the amazing staff who built positive relationships with the tenants and gave Amalfi their well-deserved 5 star reviews. The office is so shorthanded now that you can’t talk to anyone in person, except a temp who can only take a message. No one answers the phone. They don’t even have time to answer your messages on the tenant portal. Really the only positive thing I have to say since the new management Company took over Is that the maintenance team is still 5 stars.

I have enjoyed my experience here at Amalfi. The complex is nice, staff are friendly, and maintenance usually will be by within 24 hours. If you have AT&T, the cell reception is terrible within the complex. They are making frequent updates to the complex, which has all looked very nice, but with that, there have been significant increases to rent prices. We also get about a cockroach per week during the hotter, wetter months despite keeping our space clean and in order. Overall, I would recommend, though I do feel like the price is a bit high.

Amalfi has been a wonderful home for me and my family. The staff and maintenance team has been so helpful and kind. It's in a great location.

Pros: the apartments are clean and safe. The floor plans are well thought out. My last apartment had the same square footage but a tiny kitchen and bathroom and an abnormally large bedroom. This floor plans has the same space but a big kitchen, a bathroom I can actually walk around in, and a bedroom that's normal sized. Cons: the lighting in the kitchen is weird. It doesn't matter where you stand, you will be casting a dark shadow over whatever's in front of you. Also, in order to get to HEB and the rest of civilization, you have to go half a mile up the road the wrong way, sit at a light, do a U-turn, then come back past the apartments. Trying to go anywhere after 4pm takes forever, you'll be stuck at that light for like 6 rotations before you actually get to do your u-turn. It would be so nice if there was a back exit onto Hewitt or a cut through so we could exit through Sorrento onto Louisiana. There's a foot path cut through to Sorrento but no car cut through.

So far the staff and neighbors have been very friendly and helpful from the day that I requested leasing information to the day of move in! I am enjoying the complex so far and I’m really looking forward to future times and memories here!

The maintenance department is great! They are very prompt and friendly. They are dressed neatly, introduce themselves when they knock on the door. There was less than a 24 hour turn around when I placed my two maintenance requests. The communication in this community is great.

Staff is super nice and very quick to answer any questions. I had an issue with my gate clicker and they fixed it right on the spot. Definitely love the trash pick up too.

I have lived here for almost a week. I love my apartment. I love my view. The residents I have met are very friendly and down to earth. The staff are fabulous especially Sheila. I have enjoyed the Fitness Center. I wish to go to the pool soon. The weather must cooperate. Overall I have been so happy here. I really love Amalfi at Tuscan Lakes apartments.

The apartment is nice and the location is good. I’m not sure the new owners really know what the residents feel is important to them. The renovations are ok but have had several inconveniences and some amenities have been shut down or unusable for far too long.

We have been here several years and still enjoy staying here. We have been in the same apartment and have seen people come and go. The maintenance is usually punctual and quick. The overall complex is quiet and neighbors are generally nice. The new renovations are a nice touch as well. They now have several events a month, which my kids thoroughly enjoy!

I really enjoy the community. The property is beautiful.The people are friendly and it has great amenities! Also, the community get togethers that management arranges are so fun.

very accommodating and the residents are very friendly. the leasing office has been very responsive and inviting. the unit is very clean and spacious. only complaint i have is the parking isn’t too great.

Parking is horrible! I keep getting charged for renters insurance, but I have renters insurance through my car insurance, so Amalfi owes me money!

I recently stayed at Amalfi Apartments and couldn't be more impressed. The complex is beautifully maintained with lush landscaping and clean common areas. My apartment was spacious, modern, and well-designed, complete with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living space. The balcony offered stunning views, perfect for relaxation. The amenities are top-notch, including a well-equipped fitness center and a fantastic pool area. The management team is friendly and always ready to help, ensuring a pleasant experience for all residents. The location is ideal, with convenient access to shopping, & dining. Overall, Amalfi Apartments offers a comfortable and enjoyable living experience. Highly recommended!

Very happy here. The staff is always courteous and Polite. I don't have any complaints. If I have a maintenance problem I call and the problem is taken care within two days

I love living here. Its quite, close to work and a hop skip and a jump to Houston and Galveston. The staff is friendly and the pool is nice.

I love it here!! It’s perfect! Sheila is the best so sweet and helpful. It’s really quiet and lovely nobody bothers you. It’s safe and clean!

There are 4 EV charging stations here! When I first moved in they were not working, but Sheila from the Leasing Office has worked so hard to troubleshoot it for me and get the charging station company to come fix them. Now they are finally up and running! Thank you so much to Amalfi for making this happen! On top of the overall vibe being friendly and modern, Amalfi is a great place to live.

The staff made moving here such a breeze. When i informed the front desk about my particular needs for my disability,...they delivered in more ways than expected. Iam truely grateful and happy that i chose this community.

Amalfi at Tuscan Lakes is a beautiful and safe place to live. I am semi-elderly, and the staff and grounds people work extremely hard to keep its residence happy. This is important to me because I recently moved here from the Austin area and with the Constance people moving to central Texas, I no longer appreciated its beauty and safety. God bless the Amalfi Staff, thank you so much for your hard work.

From what I’ve seen so far, everything is available within minutes drive restaurants, banks, stores, grocery and shopping of course. According to best place to live League city is a great place.

Great place and nice amenities. Quiet neighborhood. Pool is great and recently renovated. Very clean and recently repainted. Only problem I have had is communication with staff. Don't return calls or answer emails in timely manner.

Great community. Complex is kept clean, front office personnel always friendly and helpful, maintenance request are always handled quickly, and amenities are great.

I just moved in and am still in the moving process and the staff has been great helping with making it as seem less as possible and the apartment is also beautiful

Living in this apartment complex is an absolute joy; every interaction with the staff exudes warmth and willingness to assist. Their friendly demeanor and eagerness to help make this place feel like home. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a welcoming community atmosphere.

I want to start by saying this complex is not a bad place, I simply think that the rent they charge for what you get is ridiculous. Maintenance is quick and very good, Management is friendly and professional. I have found numerous examples of the "landlord special" around my unit, with nails and holes from the previous tenant, as well as cracks in the seal around the sliding door just being painted over. There is paint on most of the light switch and electrical outlet face plates, as well as every door frame. There are splatters and flecks of paint on the floors in the kitchen, bathroom, and living room. There have been electrical issues causing the lights to flicker at random times, and the face plate on the lock to the door was not secured properly making it impossible to lock the door which I had to fix myself. I have had problems with the vinyl floor bubbling up, with a bubble approx. a yard in size in the middle of my living room. This problem was recurring until it became cooler outside. These issues by themselves aren't uncommon, and wouldn't normally be an issue were it not for the rent being over $1000 a month which is absolutely too much for what you get from this apartment. In addition to the things that are unreasonable in a "luxury" apartment, I have had issues with the gate not working when the code is put in, as well as the complex not enforcing towing when people park in disabled spots and block the ramp for said disabled spots without having a tag. All in all, this apartment would be four stars, but with all of the things adding up for a price that is way beyond what is justifiable for the quality of the units, you'd be better off looking elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and just don't rent here until they drop their prices.

Nasty!! Been living in this apartment complex for 2 years and its been a constant fight with mold and a/c not working properly! Within two years here we got at least three times mold exposure and for the information my husband is a veteran with the lungs problems , he struggles a lot with breathing ! Another bonus is a/c does not properly working and its been extremely hot summer so we constantly kept a/c on 65F and it definitely was not even close to 72-74F plus constant humid has destroyed our furniture! Grass being cut like once in a two or even three weeks , I saw a snake around it so its grossly long so i cannot see my dog in there! Trash valet service seems like no existing cause they do not always come at their working days so imagine the smell especially during this summer! Never seen pest control either! They do not offer anything complimentary like coffee , juices , snacks and etc. So it is absolutely uninhabitable! So disappointed , upset and sick!

I lived at this place nearly 4 years. One of the best apartment . And the view from my patio feels me like I am staying in a resort. The Maintenance staff are so awesome they address all the issues very promptly and also follow up how was the work done did it resolved our maintenance request. the front office staff Kelly and Jellesa are very friends they are very prompt and respond to all my silly questions and issues. The apartment though I was paying rent felt like my own home and the staff are very friendly like a family members.

Megan is so helpful, sweet, understanding, professional and compassionate- one of the best property managers I have ever rented with. The complex is super peaceful, clean, and quiet. I recommend this environment for families, marrieds, and retirees.
