Too Much Theft There
Theft is a big problem. Transients walk in off the street during the night because there's no fence to keep them out. Not a safe place for you or your property. A few years ago a tenant was stabbed during a break-in. The condos across the street put up a fence to prevent these types of crimes, but Hignell management refuses to do the same to protect their tenants.

Caring Communities for the Win!
This place is awesome. The managers are great. Weekly events that are fully catered. Great pool, things are maintained well. No complaints! Great job.

I like it cool with Sun and a lot of space with cool neighbors and nice parking place it's near to markets and school
