Our maintenance team are top notch - Javier, Albert and Jorge are pleasant, professional and knowledgeable.

Get a better property manager that knows the word “Courteous.”

Disappointed that Amaray now expects us to buy parts to keep their appliances working properly. Functional working appliances are included in the lease. Why we now have to buy replacement parts for the refrigerator makes no sense.

Amaray Las Olas is an excellent place to call home. It's conveniently located in Downtown Fort Lauderdale adjacent to Las Olas Blvd. World Class dining and entertainment options are steps away. The amenities are amazing. The staff is more than attentive. It's simply a perfect place to live.

We have only lived here for a short time but so far our experience with Apartment Living in the Amaray has been great.

The staff of the Amaray is simply wonderful. They strive in accommodating the residents. Since my move here I’ve seen a decrease in the quality of the maintenance (cleanliness) of he floors, but I feel that is provably due to budget cuts.

Amaray advertises as a luxury community, but the apartments are in poor condition. Our apartment was delivered dirty and with damage/nonfunctional items that have not been addressed, which is terrible for a community that calls itself 'luxury.' The office staff are pleasant and helpful.

The staff makes the community and I have very impressed with their performance.

Maintenance always responds quickly and fixes the problem their first time out.

I feel that the Amaray is more of a home, with nice people as my neighbors. Our Concierge, Gary, couldn't be more helpful. And our Property Manager, Samantha, is great for keeping in touch and ensuring her residents are happy.

Amaray is dirty looking. The lobby is great - cleaned for hours every day. Parking floors 2-6 where every single person in this building parks, the hallways are stained, rarely vacuumed, and dirty looking. The parking garage is not cleaned often enough. I've encountered broken glass in the same spot for months, Starbucks cups, and dog turds. Windows have not been washed in over a year and the salt build-up is crummy looking. Go tour any other nearby apartment building and you will see how tired Amaray looks in comparison. It is no wonder there are over 20 available units at Amaray. Great location, declining appearance.

I had an issue with a kitchen appliance. They responded quickly. Very happy with the results.

Like your staff , only concern with parking. Seems that tenants allow for guests and outsiders access to parking garage that is NOT ALLOWED. returned home twice with no available space in evening. Think something that should be controlled better and have a consequence for offences

Everyone who works the front desk has been wonderful. When I had an issue in my new apartment it was taken care of immediately.

This is a beautiful and well-maintained property. It's a clean and quiet place to live. It's just a block away off Las Olas; close to everything and far enough not to hear or deal with the chaos.

The Amaray Community in Fort Lauderdale is incomparable. People are courteous, friendly, helpful, and kind. Its spirit is one of community and graciousness. Issues that arise regarding maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner by a staff of highly competent professionals. It is a pleasure to live at the Amaray.

I’ve lived here for several years and still love my apartment. The location is also great. The neighbors are friendly. The management team, specifically Samantha, Angela, and Gary are amazing. They help make living here feel like home.

Amaray truly provides a "home" environment. The management staff listens and tries to accommodate my every request. The maintenance staff is efficient. The doorman/concierge services are comparable to any 5-star accommodation. Shopping; eating; grabbing a latte; or just having a drink is only a block away.

The views are spectacular, the location is very convenient to restaurants and shopping, and the approach from the roads to parking is very easy. The gym, pool, and lounge areas are all top-notch. The neighbors and staff are amicable - it's a very positive place to live.

The management and maintenance departments are the best. I state this observation with experience because I have been at the Amaray since it opened. Additionally, my security company are involved with apartments and residential communities in the SE Florida trii-county area since 2009. The maintenance and management of the Amaray apartment complex are by far the best I've seen. They are prompt, courteous, and always professional. They are the main reason why we continue to stay at the Amaray.

The maintenance staff are ALWAYS: prompt, professional, and courteous. They are a pleasure to work with, and it is never a concern knowing they may be in our home when we are not around.

Leasing staff is very friendly but upon move in my unit was very dirty and I was upset that I had to clean an apartment I just moved into.

Great location. Ok property. Probably not worth the cost. In 3 and a half months, the power has probably gone out/surged 5 times. After these power surges/outages the AC sometimes remains not functional for hours. It took 2 months to fix the parking garage gate and while it wasn't fixed, it didn't appear there was any policing to ensure non-residents weren't parking in the garage. These issues simply aren't acceptable for a luxury building. Other than these large issues, the staff is actually pretty good overall.

Amaray Las Olas is clean, well maintained, and the staff is attentive and friendly. The proximity to Las Olas boulevard is amazing.

We had a rough start with multiple refrigerators not working, bathroom leaks, and now wine bar fridge not working. The leasing manager did assist us in the loss of our first big grocery order due to poor refrigeration. We greatly appreciated her kind gestures.
