Tenant Assessment

I have been a tenant since 1/2/2009 and find the construction and amenities very accessible and aesthetically positive. They have an updated fitness room and a small Computer Café with three (3) up-to-date computers, printer and micro fiche for use by the tenants. The grounds surrounding the edifice at 1324 are superbly maintained. The units are leased on an income-based criterion, including a governmental monthly "medical stipend" allotted to individual lessees..
