Oklahoma City is a thriving city right at the heart of Oklahoma. The city’s thriving economy is complemented by its exciting nightlife and entertainment options. Downtown is home to the Myriad Botanical Gardens and the Oklahoma City Zoo, two extremely popular family-friendly attractions. The Myriad Gardens also include the Oklahoma Shakespeare in the Park production at the Water Stage.
The Oklahoma City Thunder has built a dedicated fan base, and things always get pretty wild around the Chesapeake Arena on game days. The arts community is quite active with galleries, museums, theater productions, and a music scene incorporating everything from underground alternative bands to the Oklahoma City Philharmonic.
The city has been expanding in recent years, and Oklahoma City proper is much easier to get around with public transportation than most other cities in the region, including rail service.

Property Ratings at Ambassador House
I had the apartment for one week and literally stayed here one night and couldn't do it anymore. The amount of roaches is unbelievable. The ceiling in the bathroom is leaking bad enough to flood the counter top into the drawers, and it smells like its been smoked in for YEARS (even though they said it wasn't a smoking apartment). With the amount of roaches i saw in that one week, not to mention them coming and spraying etc, they will literally have to bulldoze the place. Roaches all the way from babies to full grown adults the size of a quarter, if not bigger. We saw them outside even! Absolutely disgusting. Now I am fighting to get my money back, and the manager at the office has been ZERO help!! LAZY!! Horrible, horrible apartment.
If you are looking for an apartment, I warn uou MUST NOT rent here. It is pretty cool because it near downtown, the price is used to cheap. However, it has a very big problem that is ROACHES, ROACHES, and ROACHES. There too many of roaches. I have live there a year but I have to stand and face with the roaches for last 3 months. They tild me they will fix it and hope me to understand for them because that not only my problem, it is whole the apartment 's problem. I try to stand but I have to move my stuff out twice a month for them to spray. I cannot eat at home because there are so many roaches moving around the kitchen. I did try to kill them by myself via a lot of roaches killer stuffs. But It cannot work, because whole the apartment have roaches. Therefore I cannot just do it only in my spot. By the way. They did not give me any due or something to be there. They just keep telling me that understand for them. But they did not understand fir me. I have to pay a lot more money per month than I suppose to be ause of the roaches. I feel like they just want the old residents mive out for them ro clean and kill the roaches to upgrade theirs apartment as soon as possible. So if you are planning to move in. Uou should think about that when you cannot stand anymore and move out. There are a lot of stuff that you have to clean or throw away because you don't want to carry the roaches and the flees with you to a new place. And that is a very very terrible things to work on.
Search any site that reviews this place and you will see it is littered with comments going back YEARS of people having problems with ROACHES. Not to mention Bed Bugs!! Looks like this place will continue to have people leave one after another since they cannot fix their disgusting problem.
Ambassador House was once a crown jewel in NW Oklahoma City, with new management, it has declined. The new owners are more concerned about rents, rather than tenants. The maintenance staff are hard workers, but underappreciated. The façade looks great, but the apartments, need overhauling
