We have been tenants at Amber Ridge for almost 4 years now. Our experience has been great! Management is wonderful. They the time to get to know you and make themselves available for any concerns, large or small. Maintenance needs are met very quickly and thoroughly, and the grounds crew is here keeping the property looking freshly groomed at all times. The gym is always clean. Our unit is spacious and comfortable. Our neighbors are friendly and caring. We are very happy here at Amber Ridge!
I lived here for 14 years and loved it (thru 2013)! The grounds are beautifully kept, with a variety of wildlife, including squirrels and many birds. The staff are always professional. Any maintenance issues are handled promptly and completely the first time. Neighbors are respectful of your privacy. Many amenities within walking distance. Pool and on-site facilities are maintained regularly. The only problem I encountered was that my car was broken into twice in the last year. :( I would definitely live here again! :)
