Its all good apart from the $50 odd you have to pay every time you make a payment, this is not good, i pay rent and utilities why should i pay up to $100 if i pay at different times> If i want to pay my rent in two parts per month that costs me an extra $100.

Overall experience is good. I wish we had more community events here. Location is good and school district is good. Maintenance can be a little bit faster.

Staff is very nice. Immediately upon move in, I noticed several different areas of the house that was not move in ready. Dishwasher was not secure, microwave vent and light did not work. The secondary bedroom closet was not secure to the wall. In the third bedroom, there is ants.

Community feels very quiet, calm and safe. Can’t wait to move in. Car wash and the kids playground for the kids is a big plus having grills throughout makes it easy to cook

I located this property online and called to schedule a tour. Tiffany was super nice & answered my call while she had guests at her desk. She informed me she was busy with them but took my information for a callback. I appreciated that because a lot of properties DO NOT answer the phone at all in my experience. I decided to just drop by the property since it was close to where i lived. Upon arrival I immediately noticed there was NO curb appeal which left me under the impression that the units probably weren't updated and not up to my standards. I ended up leaving. As promised Tiffany called me back and even offered to wait for me since it was close to closing time & I was a ways away. I made it and took the tour and one she opened the door I was FLOORED. Definitely NOT what I expected considering the grounds were not spruced up. The application process was smooth & didn't take long at all. So glad I decided to take the tour because I honestly almost passed on it altogether.

I’ve greatly enjoyed living here. It’s a nice and quiet community with respectful residence. The maintenance team knows what they are doing and are always available to help in a timely manner. The grounds are nice and well kept. Very pet friendly.

I love how secluded it is and can hop on my bike and be on George Bush Park nature trails. Location is perfect, being close to I-10 and Grand Parkway.

Since my time here; and I moved in the wake of COVID, I've loved it. My previous complex I lived at were way horrible. Well I won't get into that. I don't have to encounter staff often but when I do they are always pleasant & polite. The complex is quiet, I feel safe.

RUN!!! DON'T CONSIDER THIS GARBAGE PLACE. This is a legit review from a current tenant. I have no idea how it's getting 5 star reviews. we've been living here for a month, and this place is a nightmare, and definitely not "luxury apartments". In one month, I submitted 24 maintenance requests. This is how bad it is. Some details: Appliances in bad shape (Fridge denty, Dishwasher not working, Microwave weak power). Scratched and puffy cabinets & drawers, also cheaply painted that peals off easily. Plumbing: nightmare, cheap toilet that splashes water when flushed. Toilet is rusty and has lime. Sinks are rusty, bathtub rusty. Low water pressure in bath. Water has chlorine smell. Cockroach infestation inside and outside. Hornets and wasps nest everywhere during summer. AC keeps going on and off for no reason. Didn't clean when we moved, found bugs on carpet and urine on toilet seat. Poor sound insulation you literally can hear your neighbor ringtone. Racoons living on roofs and in walls.

First, I love the location-it is a bit out of they way and I like that. The floor plans are very good. Not sure how long the rents will stay reasonable, but generally speaking, good value.

I like the floor plan and I am impressed with the appliances. The landscaping is worn and needs to b refreshed or at least cleaned up. I like the feel of the complex-people seem to be friendly. The office staff ties to be helpful. They listen well.

I love my apartment and the location. I really wish Greystar would work on the fencing and the landscaping. This is an older complex and looks a little bedraggled. Management is very attentive and issues are handled quickly.
