Amberton

I’ve loved it so far living at Amberton. The staff is always quick to respond and are very understanding. The mainetence staff is incredibly quick to come by and fix any issue you report it’s amazing how quickly they respond! There’s never been more than a 24 hour period before they’ve come in to look at what issues I have. Trash removal service is great, gym is pretty good as well compared to most I’ve seen! Only thing to be careful of is the towing, the company they hire for towing is very quick to tow if a car is parked in visitor for even a second over the 24 hour period. I recommend if there’s even a chance of having a visitor for more than a day get a parking pass for them or have them park on the street outside the complex so there’s not a chance of towing. Even if it’s not 24 hours straight but it’s there between 7pm-7am two days they’ll tow!!

The community is amazing. All the staff is professional and attentive when it comes to the residents. Ms. Kim and Randy always greet you with a smile and find ways to get solutions quickly. The maintenance and facility team gets tickets completed within a day and make sure things are working properly.

The community is very nice and kept well! Staff has been very attentive and helpful. There are a lot of fun of events to attend. So far, we really love living here.

I loved living here. The only reason I’m moving is because I have to take care of family. It’s very quiet and safe here. They pick my trash up at the door at night. Every month there’s an event at the office

We have lived here for 10 months, and I can say that we are glad we made the choice of living in Amberton Apts, it's a great location, the staff is amazing, Randi is always willing to help, and the maintenance staff responds quickly if there is a problem

Great place to stay!!!! Amenities are great, pool is nice and clean. The staff is super friendly and super helpful, I would definitely recommend staying here.

First off, the management staff and maintenance team is outstanding! Maintenance is always available and I haven’t gone more than two hours without an answer or it is already fixed! Management is very helpful and so personable. We love all of the events they put on for the residence and they do everything they can to help us feel “at home”. The location is also great! The complex is secluded off of the main road and the landscaping and attention to the outside is fabulous. Most of all, parking is amazing! Never have to fight for a spot in front of my apartment and they do everything they can to ensure non-residents are not using the spaces. Love Amberton!

Whenever we have an issue or a question, the maintenance team at Amberton is always quick to respond! Special shout out to Henry for his willingness to go above and beyond to help solve any issues or answer any questions!

We toured with Randi during our apartment search for my daughter. They didn't have what we were looking for in our time frame but Randi took her time and explained the community amenities and events. She seems to know everyone that lives there and they all seem happy. One resident even suggested we move in! I know people like to use reviews when they have a bad experience so I wanted to highlight how wonderful amberton and Randi are. If circumstances change we will definitely come back and recommend this complex to anyone looking.

Manager Kim and Assistant Manager Randi have been very professional and helpful from the start. They have both responded promptly to any questions or concerns that I have. The Maintenance Team has also responded quickly to my work order requests. I'm a new tenant, so I'm just getting to know the property. I like that my bedroom and dining room windows have a nice view of some green grass, and tall, leafy trees. The very large windows are also appealing!

My daughter and I went for a tour on Saturday and we toured with Randi. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, but even more amazing is that she knew every person and dog as we walked around. She was willing to show me two apartments and gave us a great impression of the community. We went on several tours that day, but this was by far the best! We look forward to applying and living at Amberton!

Clean, quiet area. Staff is always so pleasant and very responsive. They also make it a point to do 1-2 monthly events for residents - our favorite part getting to know everyone and having a fun time. Of all the apartments in the surrounding area, they are definitely top tier.

I've only lived at Amberton for a week and a half but I love it already! The dog park and outdoor grill has been especially wonderful this time of year, and I love how kids play outside every day. It's a sweet oasis after a long day of work and lots of traffic. Can't wait to hit the beautiful gym and sauna!

Amberton continues to be an ideal community to live in. There are community events, monthly newsletters and attentive staff that guarantees we as residents are heard and welcomed. The community is kept clean and up to date, neighbors are friendly and the location is ideal for shopping and getting errands done.

I’m eight months into my lease and everything here is still great. This is a nice quiet place to live. The pool was well kept over the summer and a lot of fun

The staff is absolutely outstanding. Specifically Randi! We received an unexpected package while we were out of town. We asked if someone could grab it from the office and hold onto it until we returned. Randi responded immediately and went directly to grab the package. We are so thankful for her help, upbeat attitude, and constant professionalism! Amberton overall is very peaceful and very clean.

The office staff, Kim and Randi are very friendly and always will to assist with an issue. I recently went into the office, without an appointment regarding my Amazon locker code and was assisted immediately. I really appreciate the office staffs willingness to resolve issues and answer questions.

This has been the best first apartment community I could ask for! The staff have been exceptional and the amenities are superb! I unfortunately will be leaving this summer but would love nothing more than to come back in the future!

My family and I are very happy here! The property is always up kept and they seem to really care about how the environment looks and feels. The office staff are great and very friendly. They always are sure to respond quick to any questions we may have. Definitely recommend!

The office staff is very helpful and thoughtful of working tenants and their availability. I appreciate the way the office staff accommodated me with scheduling the Spring inspection and the Pest Control Visit for days I could be home from work, even though they let me know I did not have to be home, but I wanted to be. The maintenance staff are friendly and questions are handled promptly. The grounds are kept clean, the grass and flowers planted are maintained nicely. My experience as a tenant has been positive and I enjoy the quiet of my apartment.

We’ve been here at Amberton for 3 years. The area is so convenient, close to all and quiet. The staff is amazing, Ms. Kim and Randy are always available to answer questions and maintenances is always on point with handling any tickets submitted. Love the community get togethers and meeting new neighbors!

Amberton is a good safe place to live. Management cares about you. Management is always hosting an event in the office. They make you feel comfortable and important

The apartment complex itself is nice. Fairly clean and quiet for the most part. Only down side is it's really close to some not great neighborhoods which can get sketchy.

Fantastic! Love the dog park. The outdoor patio area is very spacious. In a great area, with lots of things to do near by. Kim is very professional and helpful.

Amberton has been a great and peaceful place to live. The community is close to all, it is kept clean and up to date when the weather changes. There are monthly events and gatherings to keep neighbors together. Any issues that might arise, are quickly handled and fixed. Kim, Laura and Julio are amazing !

I liked the actual space. The maintenance guys were great. Now that I don't have it, the valet trash removal was nice too. But there are a LOT of rules and someone is in your apartment almost every month it seems for one reason or another. And when moving out they stiffed me on almost $200 by saying my last payment was late (it wasn't and I have proof) and no amount of entreaty on part is getting it back. I thought about suing, but its a lot of trouble since it's quite a drive for me now.

Nice place, like the space The maintenance is very efficient and kind. The location is very important because everything is close by and you can go and grab whatever you need without driving so far.

This is a great dog-friendly neighborhood! There are plenty of doggy waste stations for walks, and people understand if your dog doesn't want to be approached. There's also a fenced in dog park with agility toys, which is lots of fun when the weather is nice. The pool even has a doggy swim day at the end of summer every year! Great community if you love animals.

Amberton is a great community, they have great get togethers for the residents, a detailed monthly newsletter with reminders, immediate maintenance repairs and amazing customer service. I always look forward to the community events and food trucks to meet my new neighbors!

The process was quick and easy and had us in a great cozy home for my family. My kids love the neighborhood and residents here are very kind and welcoming as well!

Smooth move in experience! I got all the information I needed and the leasing team communicated with me very well to set things up ahead of time so move in day was the most efficient!

The day my wife and I moved we were expecting not disappointments but everything changed when we got inside for first time finding the floor like if it is braking apart and every time we walk it feels like there are holes on the floor ?? definitely the floor is really bad and there is a closet door that it doesn’t even close how is supposed to, the kitchen full of ants ?? there is ants everywhere, some electricity outlets doesn’t even work plus there are some cracks on the bathroom sink And that was our first day in our supposedly renovated apartment.

I just moved in and I already feel at home! The staff has been so welcoming and inviting and I can finally say that I am excited for this next step! I cannot wait to explore the property more and get to know those in the community!
