Amberwood Court Apartment Community

Amberwood Court has been a good affordable option for me. They respond to maintenance orders quickly, and the apartment itself is pretty decent. The only issue is that in the winter, sometimes my vehicle gets stuck in the ice on my parking space, because the water tends to accumulate where my vehicle is parked and then freezes.

It's a solid place to reside. We really like it here.

Amberwood Court is overall a great place to live, especially if you are a university student looking for an affordable and safe place to live that's within a good proximity from campus.

Amberwood's a nice place, my roommate and my friend who has helped me move are both also impressed with the apartment complex. It's not too far away from campus, and cornered in an intersection next to two of the city's major roads making it easy to get going somewhere pretty easily and quick, but far enough away to be a bit shielded from the noise of the traffic of those roads. I like it.

Maintenance is performed well and quickly at Amberwood Court.

Office staff is very polite, helpful & friendly. Maintenance staff are very nice, professional & handle issues very promptly. Location is nice & on a city bus line. Plenty of parking (assigned & street). Pet friendly. Small but comfortable apartments.

Amazing place to live they listen to your corners and instead of just giving you an eviction right away they give you warning and they are very understanding

For a welcoming , nice experience for a new home, I recommend Amberwood. I felt comfortable and safe right away I've only been here for three days and it feels like home. My cat Steve loves it too .

Amberwood court is a great place for a first apartment, especially because it’s not far from UND’s campus and a grocery store. I’m looking forward to this experience

The Staff at Amberwood Court are extremely nice, friendly & helpful. Grounds are kept nice. Apartments are nice and cozy. Quiet & friendly neighbors.

I suggest going through Amber wood apartments they are great apartments especially when you just had turned 18 perfect place to live. I had an amazing person work with me and the process was super fast

I have a one-bedroom apartment and believe it is the best apartment for my money. I am a college student with a low budget and needed to find a place I could pay for, but also someplace I would be happy to live in for an extended period of time. I am so happy with my decision of choosing this place from how much space I have, how little I pay, how fast maintenance is to come solve any issue, and how little I have to pay for any of it!

Our Amberwood apartment is just the right size for two people. I'm so excited to start my married life here, in this cozy, comfortable apartment. Everyone we have met here is incredibly friendly and kind.

The best part about Amberwood is the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff and the convenient location. The apartments are fairly priced although, judging from the one I'm in, the apartments could definitely use some upgrading. I'm near the entry door to one of the wings and there's a tight spring on it that makes it slam every time someone goes through it. That is very annoying.

Friendly and responsive staff, and although it's an older building the apartment I have for the most part is in average to better condition. It is a fairly quiet building, and the location is convenient to almost anywhere you want to go in Grand Forks.

Amberwood Court is great for the price. If you need something minimal and affordable, this is a perfect place.

I have been with Amberwood for a little over 3 years now and it has been great. The management is very friendly, maintenance requests are done in a Very timely manner and the work is done properly. I highly recommend anyone to live here.

Amberwood court apartments are and affordable and good place to live.

The property is overpriced for the value. I am a former commercial real estate appraiser who made a career change and I've seen many properties over the years before getting into healthcare 7 years ago. This place is the worst I've seen. I am here for a three month lease so I can tolerate it. I would never sign a year lease.

It's a quite neighborhood and close to shopping, UND, and lots of other places. Management is great, and a good place to live.

I love living at Amberwood. As a student, I appreciate that my building is so close to campus. I also like that the staff is so friendly and helpful.
