Property Ratings at Amberwood Townhomes
The staff is extremely unprofessional. Getting a maintenance request resolved is like pulling teeth, and I've had to learn to just live with many of the unresolved issues so that they will actually complete the requests that pose a safety hazard. I'm pretty sure there was black mold in the ceiling for over a month. They are also dishonest when a mistake is made, but they will rake you over the coals over simple things like having a basic decoration outside. I'm not talking anything that could be considered offensive. I mean like a pumpkin. Something to bring a little holiday joy and festivity. God forbid. Really just the worst experience I have had in my 10yr renting history. Horrible conditions and horrible customer service. I'm a quiet, polite resident who always pays my rent on time and never causes issues, and they make me feel like I'm asking a personal favor for them to do their job. Maintain their building and demonstrate a minimal semblance of customer service. The only reason I stay there is because it costs too much to move, but save yourself the trouble and pay a few extra hundred to avoid this trainwreck.
Horrible maintenance and the office staff are extremely noisy. And there are neighborhoods that have parties almost every weekend. Which is extremely loud. Horrible place to stay. I am happy I moved.
This community is run horribly. The office staff is incompetent. They will screw up your lease and then terminate it due to their mistake. Our renewal letter was written incorrectly, their mistake, and instead of working with us, answering the office phone -or calling us about it- they told us we had to leave. After never paying rent late during our entire lease. Would not recommend at all.
This is a wonderful area live ten miles from two mall and five minutes from the outlets. The areas are well kept and the staff is very helpful.the yard is maintain every week and the pool is right outside my door.also have a beautiful oak tree in the front yard and the parking is great. Unlike other apartments if you are having something their is other parking near byfor your guest. Charlesetta M, North Charleston SC
