Loved the management! They were so helpful with every question I had about the community. I can’t wait to call this place home !
Decent place to live. Manager is good. Clean and nice.
I am a long-time resident of Ambleside Commons. The best thing about this community would be Gary and Becky! While the community is just average, with no amenities, and no-frills it is EXTREMELY clean. Gary stays on top of EVERYTHING! He is the best maintenance man in Columbus. This guy comes the moment you call for help, no waiting on any repairs or problems with him. He is kind, hard-working, and keeps the grounds immaculate. Becky is helpful, sweet, and the most understanding office manager a property could have, she stays on top of everything. You can call her for help, advice, or anything to do with your unit. She is always responsive and kind, courteous and respectful. I cannot say enough about these two, they are just that GOOD.
I loved this place. Just relocated and was hoping to move here and Becky was trying hard to get me in. But I lost out. But if you want the world's best 2 ppl as a property manager and maintence these two is it. I have a 6ft. 6in. Boy that kept Gary busy. But he was always there to help and Becky would always listen and be there for her tenants. This place is the best place to live. I will never find a better place. Gary stays on top of the grounds they are always nice and clean And they let me put flowers out along the wall of my place. Don't sleep on Becky & Gary they are the best property caretakers in Columbus.
Quite place to live and well maintained. Maintenance for the most part is good. Owners are available if needed, but their is Becky office manger & leasing and Gary for maintenance are on site . I do like having a front and back door . I have been here a couple of years.
