I lived at this place for 2.5 years. I moved because it became far from my work at Rancho Bernardo. The management is very responsive when there are maintenance issues. They typically respond within a few hours and will have people come to your place to fix it very quickly. It can be noisy at night some days but nothing unbearable. Nobody will be blasting music at least. You do have to expect people smoking but other than that, I liked this place and it was very convenient to SDSU and nearby shops. Pretty decent choice if you go to SDSU or work somewhere close.

No parking. Residents being loud and smoking in the driveway entrance. Just no.
