Warning: bad place and bad owners!

This was the most disgusting and worst place I've ever lived. Only stayed because it was cheaper. The property manager never answers, and ignores you. Left me without heat for days until I hear some stoner kid trying to fix a boiler older than his great grandfather. He left a poor girls window broken upstairs throughout the entire winter. The owner and his assistant are just as terrible. I've argued and argued and they havent given what they agreed was owed to me. I've fought very hard, and keep being ignored or told theyll "look into it" and never get a phone call. Honestly this building is SO not up to code, and should be torn down. It's cheap, and you get what you pay for.
